McCain and Palin are set for a final campaign blitz.

NEW YORK (CNN) – Sen. John McCain and Gov. Sarah Palin will campaign in grand total of 11 states on Monday in their last push in the race for the White House.

McCain will attend seven rallies across the country, coast-to-coast, starting the day in Tampa, Florida with a rally at 9:00 a.m. ET. He then travels to Tennessee, Pennsylvania, Indiana, New Mexico, and Nevada for Road to Victory rallies and ends the night in Arizona. The last rally of the night will be at midnight (local time) in Prescott, Arizona on the front steps of the Yavapai County Courthouse. It’s the same place where former Arizona Sen. Barry Goldwater ended his presidential campaign in 1964.

Palin will hold rallies in Ohio, Missouri, Iowa, Colorado and Nevada. Following her rally in Elko, Nevada Monday night, Palin will fly to her home state of Alaska to vote on Tuesday morning in Wasilla.

Why don't they go to the 51st state and stay there?

Angel   November 2nd, 2008 4:12 pm ET

I'd vote McCain but Palin scares me...she is so divisive..I don't think she understands the power of unity.... so it is Obama/Biden all the way

Maryann   November 2nd, 2008 4:12 pm ET

Now the desperate Republican camp are using Hillary Clinton to bash Obama in these stupid robocalls? How desperate can these people be?

indy chris   November 2nd, 2008 4:11 pm ET

Buried under a landslide. Good luck, good riddance. Neither of these two yahoos will be re-elected.

Fred from Tucson   November 2nd, 2008 4:11 pm ET

The old man is desperate. He is shooting everywhere just like when he was a pilot and crashed 5 planes. This is probably why he crashed so many planes... he gets desperate.

Scott L   November 2nd, 2008 4:10 pm ET

John McCain is going to win HUGE on Tuesday!!!!

Everyone will cry conspiracy, but there will be one thing everyone will be saying about Obama.

He should have picked Hillary.

Eddie (Ohio)   November 2nd, 2008 4:10 pm ET

WOW, since when this Blog became "Let's bash the republican candidates" by a bunch of ignorant and disrespectful bunch???? It doesnt matter what political affiliation you might have, you sound like a bunch of spoiled, childish kids!!! WWOD (what would Obama do?), this is not what Mr. Obama stands for, is it? Shame on you!!!!

kayla   November 2nd, 2008 4:10 pm ET

A DROWNING MAN, CLUTCHES AT A STRAW. THE TIME FOR CHANGE HAS COME. SEN OBAMA, AMERICA AND THE WORLD AWAITS YOU.

Deadhead Dylan   November 2nd, 2008 4:10 pm ET

Already the Republican base, talking about Palin in 2012. It dawns on me it's not intelligence that inspires them, but ideology and appearance. Look at Reagan: ideologically conservative, an actor, but no Einstein.

Thank YOU Obama.

Sue   November 2nd, 2008 4:10 pm ET

Tennessee? Why is McCain wasting precious time tomorrow in Tennessee? If he needs to be there, he's in worse shape than I thought!

Inutah   November 2nd, 2008 4:10 pm ET

I wish McCain and Palin would just go away....

I am a 72 white woman proudly voting for Obama   November 2nd, 2008 4:08 pm ET

McCain just couldn't help himself with this Wright ad. He said he wouldn't and now they have thrown the kitchen sink at Obama. We need to go in another direction. These two are disgusting. My husband and I have already voted for Obama

Steve, Jacksonville, FL   November 2nd, 2008 4:08 pm ET

My friends, it's over. I can't tell you that, my friends, because you may not go out and vote and Senator Obama will will be by even a bigger landslide. So, my friends, I will continue to lie to you as I have done throughout this campaign by making you believe we have a chance. I'm such a maverick, my friends.

payback   November 2nd, 2008 4:08 pm ET

48-hrs in a-wake-up.......It's almost over...I hope all the right-wing, kool-aid drinkers. Come to their senses. And rally around, the new president and vice president. Show the World. That here in America, we are somewhat civil. If they, can believe that. Go out and vote...If you have had enough, of the last for years. It's time for change. Vote for "ThatOne"

Barbara - 65 yr old white female in NC   November 2nd, 2008 4:08 pm ET

What a couple of divisive, hateful, fear-mongers. Not what this country wants or needs.

Obama/Biden – the Constitutional guys that will protect our rights to own guns and read our bibles.

No to the liars, McPain & Killer

ray   November 2nd, 2008 4:08 pm ET

WHERE IS PALING MEDICAL RECORS? ITS SUNDAY AMERICA .

Tom   November 2nd, 2008 4:08 pm ET

Trying to tighten things up, CNN? Obama up 7 and you have McCain's lying face on the front of your site all day, saying he's going to win? Puh-lease, a little actual journalism would be nice.

Canadian   November 2nd, 2008 4:08 pm ET

I don't understand how people aren't seeing the lies and deception from McCain and Palin. All of their comments have a familiar ring to them – something about WMD? I only hope that Obama wins on Tuesday so that the USA can start to get back on track to being the country that it was. For those of you not supporting Obama, Wake Up! Take a good hard look at your country and it's leadership and the dirty campaign McCain and Palin have waged. Bush has put your country in the toilet (economy, reputation and foreign friendships), McCain will flush what's left away. Palin is just something out of a joke book.

BTW, I have seen dozens of Obama shirts being worn here in my city, not one McCain.

T. Mckinley   November 2nd, 2008 4:07 pm ET

Has anyone ever heard of Custer's last stand?

On Nov, 4, 2008, Barack Obama WILL be elected President of the United States.

What we are seeing right now is McCain's last stand.

pat C.   November 2nd, 2008 4:07 pm ET

they are both sickening to me. we have to listen to both of them preach racism and hate and now run an ad on rev. wright! this is the lowest under handed thing he has done. i have already voted for barack obama but i wish i could go vote again and again to keep these two hate-mungers out of office.
we should have an ad showing witch palin doing her witch dr. voodo tongue speaking at her church while her preacher was casting away witchs from entering her soul.
GOD help us if mccain and his side kick get office.

Bad Choice!   November 2nd, 2008 4:07 pm ET

If Obama wins, he will still understand that there are millions and millions who do NOT trust him as their President.

It will be those millions that laugh at him when he gets impeached, or simply screws the country up, even more so than it's current state.

McCain/Palin

Chris Coppus   November 2nd, 2008 4:07 pm ET

Maybe it should be brought up that Palin abused her power as governor, although she would have everyone believe otherwise. Also her dear little Todd the successionist, I suppose that is American?

voter   November 2nd, 2008 4:07 pm ET

with early voting being strong for the democrats, I don't know how campainging in 11 states will make a difference. In addition, I don't see people standing on line for 4 + hours to vote for republicans who created this economic mess.

ANGIE   November 2nd, 2008 4:06 pm ET

WHERE ARE PALINS MEDICAL RECORDS SHE SAID SHE WOULD RELEASE THEM, AND WHAT IS GOING ON WITH TROOPERGATE?

JAY N.H.   November 2nd, 2008 4:06 pm ET

Whoever you support, VOTE,VOTE,VOTE. It is our duty to stand up and be counted. Never have I seen a race where the candidates are so different on the issues. One wants to lead us into the future(Obama) and the other wants to keep us in this box that Bush/Cheney created for us(McCain) if you don't vote you have no right to complain about the outcome. I wish I had early voting in N.H.

Robyn Harris   November 2nd, 2008 4:06 pm ET

I voted for John McCain in 2000, but his desperation to be elected this time has unbalanced him. He is willing to do, or say, or be _anything_ to get elected. He is trying to drive Americans apart with fear and greed and hate and ignorance. This is not the person to be leading America.

Obama 2008. Restore America.

Joeker   November 2nd, 2008 4:06 pm ET

He is going to steal PA, FL, and OH. He is going to steal the election and win by 10 points. I feel so upset that the US is rewarding the repubs with 4 more years.

Susan from Scotts Valley, CA   November 2nd, 2008 4:05 pm ET

Palin's driving me nuts. Apparently she's taking a quote out of context about Obama and the coal industry. He supports clean coal technology as the entirety of the interview says. What he doesn't support is coal-burning that hurts the environment? The PUMAs are going nuts as are the Republicans trying to spread this madness.

Look at the entire quote. Anyone that changes their vote because of their half-truths is an idiot.

ray   November 2nd, 2008 4:05 pm ET

yes , terrorist palin and liar macain is doing the last dirty dance. wowow these two hypocrite will do anything in the last few hours to steal another election.

Progress vs. Stagnation   November 2nd, 2008 4:04 pm ET

Senator McCain is great when it comes to comedy. And of course we know that he's a great talent scout for Sarah and Joe the non-Plumber. But the RNC has made a debacle of this man's campaign. His experience and service to the nation can be put to better use in another capacity, just not as president.

The RNC makes an even worse mockery of women. Palin is no world leader and should forget about a run in 2012.

The US needs to focus within its borders on rebuilding its economy. And this nation has huge work ahead outside its borders, rebuilding its reputation. The importance of US foreign policy during the transition period after the election and during the next few years ahead cannot be overemphasized.

It's not enough to see Russia from Alaska. We need to participate in the global conversation and stop being a bully thanks to Cheney tactics. We will be an even worse laughing stock with Palin on board than we have been with Bush. Let's get real already and step up to plate.

I already voted Obama-Biden. Let's all celebrate the vote on Tuesday!

Artie   November 2nd, 2008 4:03 pm ET

He says he's going to win. Leave it to the "Bush Republicans" to deny, deny, deny.
I hope the party comes back around, but it is way too full of Bible nuts and rednecks for me to vote Republican anytime in the near future.
- Former Republican for Obama

Simmy   November 2nd, 2008 4:03 pm ET

To Judy from PA:
Regarding your comment about Obama supporters being rude:
I'll change your name to Ms Pot! How dare you call names after the 'Axis of Evil" campaign initiated by McPalin! Compare the two Rallies. Dems are excited and orderly! Repubs are loud, riotous and threatening! I suggest you go tell your problems to Hannity, Cavuto, Glenn Beck, Lou Dobbs, Rudy, etc. Your gods love ya!

OB08!

mitch   November 2nd, 2008 4:03 pm ET

it wont do them any good. noone likes them.

j   November 2nd, 2008 4:03 pm ET

BTW, RNC "enlists" Clinton is misleading, inaccurate and doesn't represent Hillary Clinton's actual involvement. CNN should be ashamed.

vote! OBAMA-BIDEN NOV.4th   November 2nd, 2008 4:03 pm ET

maybe they will remind all the states they visit how they supported bush & cheney ovrer 90% of the time, maybe palin will remind everyone how her husband was a member of the AIP FOR SEVERAL YEARS AND SHE SPOKE FOR THEM AND COMMENDED THEM FOR THEIR GOOD WORK, I HOPE THEY REMIND THEM OF ALL THE SLANDER, AND LIES THEY HAVE SO VICIOUSLY TOLD IN THIS CAMPAIGN!! VOTE OBAMA-BIDEN AMERICA

witch   November 2nd, 2008 4:02 pm ET

And McCain appoves the Rev Wright ad in Penn. How disgusting. See he is not a man of honor. I have said it all along.

No Hillary = No Obama   November 2nd, 2008 4:02 pm ET

Obama is an empty suit. Here's a no-brainer. If Obama should happen to win the election, expect an empty Presidency. Who's behind the Obama campaign machine? A bunch of white guys who missed their dot.com calling and instead designed the Obama video game. That's all there is folks.

Linda32   November 2nd, 2008 4:01 pm ET

Linda, I do the same thing. When Palin is on, I change the channel. 48 hrs until a President Obama!

Tim   November 2nd, 2008 4:01 pm ET

I'm amazed that Obama is going to win. I think America has lost its mind. Do we hate George Bush so much that we're willing to drive off a cliff?

Concerned real American...   November 2nd, 2008 4:01 pm ET

Listening to Palin on the phone with "Sarkozy" was like eavesdropping on a VP or President Palin. How terrifying!!!!

Giggling like a star struck kid... Showing her ignorance over and over... not picking up on any of the hints...taking calls without proper screening...totally pathetic. I don't want her ever representing the USA.

What on earth was McCain thinking when he picked her. Did she look up at him with her big brown eyes, do a wink, wink, wink and say "Maverick, Maverick, Maverick" to blind him to all sensibility.

Vote for Obama/Biden...

Obama is for UNITING of the PEOPLE   November 2nd, 2008 4:01 pm ET

Where are Sarah the successionist Alaskan Lobbyist medical records?

The next person that say's GIVE McCain a token for not USING REV. WRIGHT..........Did anyone think if he would have that mean we the voters would have to concentrate on Rev. Swagger, and LET'S not forget Sarah AND her WITCH CRAFT REV. But don't get to impressed with McCain not USING Rev. Wright.....HE will APPROVE from the REPUBLICAN Party to USE REV. WRIGHT underhandedly......5,4,3,2,1, anddddddd it STARTS, CHECK out AD right her ON CNN with REV. WRIGHT.

McCain you can FOOL some FOOLS some of the TIME but SOME FOOL stop being a FOOL most of the TIME.

Where are Sarah the secessionist Alaskan Lobbyist medical records?

Dawn   November 2nd, 2008 4:00 pm ET

Desperate times takes desperate measures...I wish that Sarah Palin would take a look a Battle, England...They no want her in their Country.
Like Bush, our flag will once again be hung upside down and it will say "GO HOME PALIN!" like I said the world is watching out elections...
The world wants Barack Obama and Joe Biden...

Please, please don't let her near the White House or the VP Mansion. they belong to the People of the United States. Anyone go on a web sigh and type in political skeletons in the closet and you read about Palin or even McCain, it will actually makes you sick on your stomach, she is not what she seems to be honestly...

Go and vote, I am and I hope PA stays blue and we still have a star and a stripe!

Obama/Biden08/12

no spine   November 2nd, 2008 4:00 pm ET

' In an interview last month, Republican VP candidate Sarah Palin seemed to suggest Wright was a fair issue to raise, but that the final decision was McCain's. '

Apparently the final decision is not McCains. Cronies and Lobbyists and Extremists get the final Say on McCain's matters.

I think Wright is a fair issue. I also believe that Keating 5, unfaithful and/or drug addict spouses, unwed mothers, witch hunting preachers and ethics violations are also fair issues in kind.

Thanks for being Fair and UnBiased CNN... Honestly ... a lot of people bash you when you report either way but you are by Far the most balanced source of news on the air.

I have heard some of the most scary right wing extreme views on talk radio lately - buying guns and preparing for armegedon - some people are seriously losing their grip on reality.

j   November 2nd, 2008 4:00 pm ET

McCain was born in Panama so I'd like to know if he's really eligible, under the Constitution, to become President. So far the answer I've gotten is maybe, but it could be taken to court.

Obama supporters – get out and VOTE!
California – Vote NO on Prop 8

Molly   November 2nd, 2008 3:59 pm ET

Keep Fighting McCain/Palin – for ALL of us – we are with you.
The obama gang is in for a Big Surprise – we're those 18 Million
Hillary supporters that did NOT unite, support and will NOT vote for obama. We have been quietly watching & waiting for our turn – and the time is near.

Vote Smart: McCain/Palin – we can TRUST them

Leah DiMarco, Texas   November 2nd, 2008 3:59 pm ET

Article says:

The last rally of the night will be at midnight (local time) in Prescott, Arizona on the front steps of the Yavapai County Courthouse. It’s the same place where former Arizona Sen. Barry Goldwater ended his presidential campaign in 1964.

So McCain is going to do the same thing that another loser did!

Ya can't make this stuff up folks ;)

Jimmie G   November 2nd, 2008 3:58 pm ET

Let us hope that after Tuesday, Winky goes back to Alaska...to face more investigations.
I'm looking forward to Ms Palin, in a few weeks, being about as topical as Wendle Wilke.

A white guy who proudly cast his vote for Obama   November 2nd, 2008 3:58 pm ET

What a relief that the end of McSame's desperate campaign is finally in sight. Through it all, McSame showed his true colors. For him, winning is more precious than honor. His erratic character emerged time after time. His poor decisions were exemplified again and again, starting with the choice of Palin and concluding with his reliance on Joe the (not) plumber as a spokesperson. If chosen as President, McSame's legacy would rival that of GWB for its disastrous consequences. Fortunately , America will not fall for this in 2008. Fool us once, same on you. Fool us twice, shame on us.

OBAMA/BIDEN: the choice for 2008

Jeremy   November 2nd, 2008 3:57 pm ET

We waited for RNC new policy(Maverick policy) but so far Mcain/Palin ticket is all out on blunt lies!

PALIN LIED ABOUT RELEASING HER MEDICAL RECORDS! What is she concealing ? STD or Depression records?

Palin is Taxing oil companies and business communities in Alaska. She gives check hand-outs to all Alaskans! What is that?.......socialism?

BUSH/CHENEY is better than Mcain/Palin.

MY FRIENDS - REPUBLI-KLANS JOA$$HN McINSANE/PAIN-LIN ARE SPREADING HATE & BIGOTRY IN AMERICA   November 2nd, 2008 3:57 pm ET

after your last lap; americans can finally STOP hearing MCSAME/PAIN-LIN smear, lies, fear, hate, despicable and horendous politics that has been the hallmark of their campaign trail.

NOT THIS TIME – TIME FOR YOU GUYS TO GO HOME!!!!!!!!!!

Two days till we have President Obama and VP Biden!!!!

Linda Schatzer   November 2nd, 2008 3:55 pm ET

Republican for Obama - TX   November 2nd, 2008 3:55 pm ET

The GOP camp is so evil in Pennsylvania. That is why I can only vote for Obama/Biden. I don't agree with the negative tone of the McCain/Palin camp. This is awful. Instead of telling the american people what you bring to the table you rather win by default? NOT!!!!

Obama/Biden '08 to help bring red and blue states together...

BOOTSTOMPER   November 2nd, 2008 3:54 pm ET

Will these two please go away. What a hateful and fear mongering campaign they have run. Please America vote Obama.

Done Deal   November 2nd, 2008 3:54 pm ET

My vote is now history, i voted early in FL and offcourse i voted for Obama/Biden. They are the true Maverick's. Sorry McCain/Palin but my vote is gone. Maybe next time, i will consider you both. Goodluck.

marie   November 2nd, 2008 3:53 pm ET

this is what happens when you dont have a carefully laid out plan... you panic and want to do everything at once! McCain had like 4-5 months before the dems settle their nomination in june and could have scraped a good plan... now this simply looks like desperation...

Gary   November 2nd, 2008 3:52 pm ET

I hpe WE only bought her a one way ticket.

Obama is for UNITING of the PEOPLE   November 2nd, 2008 3:50 pm ET
