You should feel sorry for McCain really. He's generally trying to run a credible campaign but his support base is infested with numb skulls and the unfortunate, credible, moderate Republicans are overrun and are being alienated from what was originally a respectable movement with noble roots.

Imagine the scene; Mr McCain, his wife and friends hold a dinner party and invite the world to sample their hospitality. Then in walks the red-headed cousin and urinates in the punch bowl!

People like Hank should learn that opening their mouths and spouting such rubbish is DAMAGING to the Rep. ticket, not beneficial. To win an election you must appeal to your traditional support base AND build bridges with undecideds and even the opposition.

The world outside the USA overwhelmingly wants Obama/Biden 08.

I guess I'll be "electing" to never buy another Hank Williams Jr. record. What a disappointment he must be to the memory of his father. But, you know... its just this type of hostile, nasty, hateful devisive message that has driven so many Americans to Obama and his message. Indeed, this message about a candidate for the presidency of our great nation is as anti-american as it gets. It is one thing to legitimately disagree with a candidate's message or position on the issues. Its entirely different to "attack" the person with such a vicious disregard for the issues (or the truth). Note, this election was neck and neck just before the republican convention. It was at that convention that the right wing hate mongers took over the McCain campaign... and they haven't come up for air yet... even at this late hour in the campaign. And what have they accomplished... they are now severely behind in the polls... sad...

The last three paragraphs of this article are a masterful example of misdirection. Yes, there is a glurge email that was false. There is also the truth about why Obama (in his own words) didn't put his hand over his heart during the national anthem. Weighed alongside his reasons for not wearing a flag pin, and given that he is running for the highest office of our great country, his explanations are not acceptable. IMO his patriotism is suspect.
