This flyer was without doubt misleading and those responsible should be punished regardless of what the Board of Elections Secretary says. The flyer had the official state seal and that should be a punishable criminal act. Things like this need to be stopped as unlawful voting barriers in the future.

If a woman has an abortion or not, it is not going to matter how many years of prision she gets or how much happiness the killing of her baby will bring to her.

For those people that say we democrats cannot name a single thing Obama stands for, I suggest you go to nbc.com/politics and there you will see in black and white where each candidate stands on the issues. For me the fact that McCain's tax plan would reduce my taxes by $300 some dollars vs. Obama's reduction of $1,100 shows a large difference. Also, as a retired person, social security is important to me. McCain says nothing on this and says anything is allowable including privatization of social security. If this had happened as he wanted, my social security check would have disappeared along with my 401K and I would be in a worse position that I am now.
