Is a vote for Pro-Choice a vote for abortion or the right of a woman to choose? It amazes me how all the "Pro-Lifers" back McCain who is Pro-War! I guess soldiers lives weren't apart of the Pro-Life pledge.

When she told me about it and I asked her what party he was voting for she told me he was a Republican. These people preach Christianity and they think Democrats are heathens, but the majority of them are the meanest, saddest, heartless people around.

They are hypocrits. I will wave to them when I am going through the pearly gates and they are entering the dungeon.

Looks like you should be on fact checking patrol. The areas that are having the most problems: Chesapeake, VA, Hampton Roads, Cleveland, OH, D.C., Philly, K.C.

That is the same dumb rhetoric that has cost your candidate the campaign. If you would by chance take a second to read on your own, you would know that the number of poor whites are 2 to 1 over the number of blacks in the US. Secondly, the poor, white and black, have gotten stepped on for the last 8 years. Thirdly, not all poor people want to be poor. There are many who work 40 + hours a week and are still below the poverty level. Not all Black people voted for Obama because he is black. It is amazing that through your rhetoric, African Americans have been diminished to the point that we can't have the intellect to vote for a candidate that we believe in based on message. We CAN'T be that smart.

Get a life. And by the way, I am in the tax bracket to have my taxes increased.

You need to read the REST of your Bible instead of trying to pick and choose which books/chapters that fit your ideology. If you are trying to paint Obama as the anti-Christ via Revelations 13, try again. The Bible clearly states that "no man calls Jesus the Christ but by the Holy Spirit. AND it says that if a man "confess with his mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in his heart that God raised him from the dead, he shall be saved. Barack Obama has done both very publicly. Now if you want to cast judgment him and challenge his confession of faith, then you go ahead and do that...that will be between you and God. But you can't confess that Christ is your Lord and be the anti-Christ at the same time.

So just stop it! Stop trying to demonize anyone who doesn't think the same way that you do. If you feel he is in error, then as a fellow Christian you should pray for him, not judge him or others who support him.

I like to listen to everyone's opinion, research and try my hardest to understand it all so that I can vote in good conscious and how I truly feel not on what I was told to do. 2. The poll volunteers look like they're 100 years old for goodness sakes – at least in my small town! (Beloit, WI) They don't understand technology much less can hear and understand a question related to voting!

My thoughts:
The majority has had control of how this country is run since our nation was formed. Historically, the majority has lied, manipulated, cajoled, enslaved, ensnared, enticed, and disempowered any other people from trying to achieve the American dream. This country is based on Christian principles, yet there are still many, very many, who refused to believe in our own constitution which states "all men are created equal". United States has for too long been a nation of proclaiming freedom, yet maintains efforts to oppress those who dare to believe that the American dream is for all! Obama winning this election is proof positive that he and men and women like him, are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights, and that among these are life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness can be achieved in this country by anyone who dares to dream. It is the responsibility of ALL AMERICANS to uphold the Declaration of Independence, and see that whenever any form of government becomes destructive it is the right of the people to alter or abolish it – we do this not by physical force, but with the power granted to every United States citizen….the right to vote.
The foolish things of the world will always be used to confound the wise.

It is NOT AT ALL hypocritical for a Catholic or any other Christian who honors LIFE to support Obama because he respects personal choice. A vote for choice is a vote for human dignity and does not amount to voting for abortion. That decision is between a person and their God or Conscience! When will all the moralizers realize their whole platform depends on people having choices? - Open your mind and stop shooting democracy in the foot!

Dick Cheney won't leave on his own – he'll have to be hauled out, kicking and screaming all the way! I'm sure Bush is more than ready to get back to the ranch so he can continue goofing off!

Obama is pro choice, he believes women have a sound mind and can think for themselves. McCain believes in abandoning his wife because women are to be used and tossed aside.

Clinton handed Bush a surplus that quickly got squandered...

Clinton made problems of his personal life, but he came no where near putting the US in the position it is in today...

He wasn't perfect, by no means, and had some part in some of our problems, but Bush affected way more lives and the country's reputation in a much more damaging way
