I cast my vote for "that one". The McCain of 2008 is not the McCain I adored in 2000. He has gone so far to the right I can not in good faith put my child's future in his hands. The fact that for two months everyone has debated the selection and ignored his qualifications to be President has doomed him. Obama has only needed to sit back, be quiet, and watch the destructive aftermath of the Palin selection. Not sure if a more mainstream or expected pick(Romney, Ridge, etc..) would have led to victory, but it would not have led to an Obama landslide as appears to be the case.
