There is absolutely no way that someone would be dumb enough to consider "over presentation [sic] of law enforcement" as voter suppression. It's impossible. And as for the Rush thing, that argument is equally ridiculous. Playing a political commentator's radio show next to a voting booth might constitute a violation of state voting laws, but by no stretch of the imagination (even loony liberal CNN's) does it constitute voter suppression.
