Come on, Sarah. Don't blame the Bush 'record'; the Republicans should not have picked McCain in the first place. I lean towards being a conservative, but McCain was NOT my choice. He lost it; whether you did or not, by him 'picking' you, remains to be seen. I do not think it is fair of blaming Sarah for the loss. The democrats....i.e.... B.Frank & C. Dodd, took us down the rathole with the Freddie/Fannie mess, that Bush tried to regulate, but was stopped by the democrats. Remember the 'dems' were in control, as of 2006. Do the figures.

no thanks needed I would do it again, I love this country and what it stands for around the world. Please have no worries about President Elect Obama, I am sure he cares as deeply as the rest of us, I do not agree with all his policies, and was torn between him and Sen. McCain (some of whose policies I also disagreed with) and ended up voting for Sen. Obama, because I felt that while both he and Sen. McCain both cared for our country deeply, Sen. Obama was more "forward looking" and wanted our country to try to regain something it has lost, our spirit and our soul. But that is only my opinion and not worth anymore than anyone elses.

thank you for the Thanks but please in the future instead of thanking me next time you are in a restaraunt eating look around you see the young family just starting out discussing whether they can afford desert or not.. then pick up their tab.. don't tell them who did it, just pay it and leave that is worth more than a thank you (no matter how deeply felt) and might just make someone's world a little better.

I hope GWB will enjoy his retirement like all the other great US presidents. (not bill clinton who seems to think he's still president)

I just hope things like Al-Queda and the current situation and status updates from homeland security are #1 on the list to prevent any terrorist who may use the transition as an opportunity to hold an attack.

Second, i hope all current records and documents remain intact so Obama knows what happened behind closed doors and can figure a way to fix it
