He's cut quite a bit of education funding, which I take issue with. But in general, he's one of the most moderate Republicans I've ever known; so as a moderate, I have tremendous respect for him. Plus on social issues, he often takes the opposing side compared to many of his Republican colleagues. He's the kind of Republican I wouldn't mind voting for for President....'sept he can't run. I'm not in agreement with all of Arnold's politics, but I can recognize as an outside observer that he's doing all he can, and the failures of the California state government are not with the executive office. If California wants to blame him and replace him that's their right, but it's not going to fix a thing. They need to replace their legislators on both sides of the aisle.
