Terry's main contribution to Virginia is that he lives here and presumably pays taxes here. Otherwise he has no connection to civic life in Virginia that I'm aware of. He has great talents in raising money, which have been used in the service of Hillary Clinton's campaign.

I urge everyone to support Brian Moran, who has a history of two decades of service to VIRGINIA. He has served in the VA House of Delegates since 1995 and has chaired the House Democratic Caucus since 2001. He KNOWS Virginia and how it works–he doesn't just live here.
