Palin not ruling out 2012 bid

Palin is considering a presidential bid over her own.
Palin is considering a presidential bid over her own.

(CNN) - As Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin heads to Florida to attend the Republican Governors Association annual conference in Miami, she says she'd consider a run for the White House in 2012 or beyond.

Less than one week after the victory by Barack Obama and Joe Biden over the GOP ticket in the presidential election, John McCain's running mate is speaking out about her political future in national politics.

"Don't let me miss the open door. Show me where the open door is and even if it's cracked up a little bit, maybe I'll just plow right on through that and maybe prematurely plow through it, but don't let me miss an open door. And if there is an open door in '12 or four years later, and if it is something that is going to be good for my family, for my state, for my nation, an opportunity for me, then I'll plow through that door," Palin said in an interview with Fox News Monday.

Palin will be with her fellow Republican governors on Wednesday and Thursday as they meet in Miami. In the crowd will be other possible contenders for the 2012 Republican presidential nomination.

Palin also sits down Wednesday for a one on one interview with CNN's Wolf Blitzer. Tune into the Situation Room, starting at 4 pm ET Wednesday to see Wolf's candid conversation with Palin.

Maybe she'll end up appointing herself to Ted Stevens post as the new Senator from Alaska, and after 137 days of experience there, announce her canidacy for the Presidency...it worked for Barack.

If Sara runs she will easily defeat the "Chosen One" – the Messiah as crowned by the new York Times

It will take about 6 months for the country to get sick of a rock star prophet with no experience and no clue how to turn the economy around

Look for a Republican majority in the senate with the mid term elections and for the Republicans to pick up 20 seats in the House.

If she plows througjh that door we can only hope that she is more educated in national policy and learns how to talk about the issues and what her plans are instead of trashing the opponents issues. She is the reason alot of people didn't vote for John McCain..

Palin is a virus, and a plague, that no scientist or doctor will be able to stop. She has been given to much media time and should be cut off from politics and the world as soon as possible.

I love the Republican Party and very proud to be one, but God forbid they allow you to run or even speak at a convention and I am done for ever. I voted Obama because of you and just the thought that you may still have a political future is scary. you caused more damage than Bush and I can not think of a dumber person.

Sarah Palin has such a way with words. I understood what she said in this quote but sometimes she makes no sense at all. I just don't know what the right wing party sees in this woman. Yes she is pretty and a wonderful attack dog but other wise there is not much there.

Republicans are so gullible – they go for image over substance (ie., see GW Bush). A likeable dolt. It's a shame to see that their standards are set so low. Go ahead on and run ms palin, you'll never crack the majority in a national election – first impressions last a lifetime.

Funny, it appears that in Ms Palins eyes, she was not at fault in any way in this loss. That's very telling.

We're entreated to once again the ghost of Sarah Palin. She's entitled to "try" to run again, but if Republicans don't want to repeat what they did this year, they'd be smart to select someone else as their GOP frontrunner.

Wow! It's mighty interesting that now the "liberal left-wing media" is now such a good friend to Sarah Palin. She's doing everything she can to stay in the spotlight. It was never about John McCain to her anyway; it was about HER and HER future. What a shame.

Sarah Palin will be the ultimate demise of the GOP if she continues to pursue a national office. She is NOT a role model for women (or anyone), she breeds ignorance (while fostering her own), and represents so many things that are backwards in our country. She needs to go back to Alaska and STAY there. Not just for 4 years. For good. If the Republicans ever want the White House back again, Sarah Palin is the absolute wrong direction to take and I hope that the Repubs are smart enough to figure that out and keep her far away. John McCain sealed his fate when he chose her. Stupid move. Let's make sure the stupid Sarah Palin move isn't taken again. Can't wait to see all the great things President Obama does.

These rambling interviews Palin has done after the election prove beyond any shadow of a doubt how woefully unprepared she is to be president.

But she doesn't know how much she doesn't know. That's what's scary.

People say she has more executive experience than McCain and Obama, but there is an intangible mixture of wisdom, foresight, intelligence, cosmopolitan perspective, education, and deliberation that make Obama ready for the White House and Palin not.

Please dear god let her run in 2012 – it will guarantee another 4 years for Obama! When will the Republicans learn that the era of letting idiots run the country IS OVER.

Of course, my hopes will be dashed, because there is no way Republican heavyweights let a clueless barbie doll like Palin get the nomination. Oh well.

Somebody needs to sit her down and have a little discussion about the real life world of politics and political leadership. Yes, the eight years of the Bush administration hurt the Republican ticket, but she sure didn't help it. She was thrust into a situation for which she was unprepared and unqualified and she lacked the good judgement to say NO when asked to join the ticket.

She should go for it, for sure. I'm a Democrat and I am 99% sure that I am going to want an Obama re-election in '12, so Palin would be an easy candidate to beat.

If she were a real centrist, moderate Republican (and she were running against one of our dud candidates like John Kerry), I might go for her, because she is hot! She's a month younger than me, so I feel I'd have a chance (less than the lottery jackpot, but a sliver of a chance)! I know, I'm terrible, but the fact that she is a right-wing whacko and we had the best candidate in a generation or two in Barack Obama made me vote correctly and not like a dirty, middle-aged man.

Why, in the world are we still trying to make news about the election. Let us hear more about what President-Elect Obama will need to do. He hasn't even been in the Office yet and we are already for the 2012 re-election of him. I think that we all need to let go of the post-election blues and move on to something really important and I was looking forward to not hearing her voice again.

She can go right on ahead and plow through it. But there is no way the U.S. will elect her President. I don't think 4 years or 8 years is long enough for her to learn how the US government actually works. I need someone who knows that (gasp) we are actually a part of NAFTA and whose other half was not part of a group that wanted to secede from the country. And I read the entire Troopergate file. Sarah needs to focus on her current position. I will never vote for someone who referred to Obama as a terrorist among other things. She is not capable of running a clean campaign and will always try to find someone else to blame for her mistakes. She should have declined McCain's offer for the VP position and worked on strengthening her national political knowledge and maybe run for office in 2012. Sarah Palin is exactly what is wrong with the GOP, a right wing nut job, more concerned about spewing inaccuracies than running the country. Sarah Palin did not lose because of George Bush – the country spoke very clearly that we wanted change after the idiocy of 8 years of the entire GOP. Obama acted more presidential than even our own President let alone McCain. I hope I don't live to see the day Palin makes it into the White House, can you even imagine the "gaffs" out of her?

I'm one of the former straight party ticket voting women who jumped ship & voted for Obama. Reason? Two words. SARAH PALIN!! Not in 2008 or 2012 or beyond. My once noble party has been hijacked by the extreme wacked out religious right & the likes of this chick. Go away and please don't come back!

Once the dust had settled from her ridiculous convention speech, it was clear that this woman is nothing of a stateswoman.

Folksy winks and flirtations will not win you over educated people of any party affiliation.

Maybe she could run on her "energy expert" status? Ha! You realize that Alaska actually gives money to its citizens. Where does most of their revenue come from? It ain’t Salmon. They are awash in oil vs citizenry. The reason she was (operative word "was) so popular was that she gave her citizens another bonus check off her increased tax on big oil. I mean if you’re a family of 5 in Alaska, you’d get $17,500! But here’s the problem, gas has dropped by ½. Gas is below 2 bucks per gallon now. As the price of oil falls so does Alaska revenue. Guess what, if it goes below around $70 a barrel, Alaska can’t balance. So instead of sending more money to your citizens to buy their vote, she should have put that money into the State’s coffers for a rainy day. And guess what, the rainy day is here, oil is below $70 a barrel. Any “energy expert” would have realized that oil fluctuates so much you can’t give out the profits like she did (isn’t that spreading the wealth by the way?). Oh, and did we drill the first drop of oil? Nope. So much for the economics of “drill baby drill.” 20 year Oil Company Employee.

I think the plan needs to involve getting her into the Senate or House over the next few years and then having her run for 2016. She cannot succeed against the Gov. of Louisiana or another candidate with more DC experience. Same with Jindal. Get these young ones prepared more in Congress and then push the to the higher roles of President and VP. If Obama does well for 4 years, they will both lose out to him if running. They need to be a little more seasoned and a little more LT than 4 years out. 2016: Jindal/Palin or the other way around!!! I know we can do it.

Wishful thinking much, Wash. Observer? And what flavor Haterade will it be this morning? All Obama has to do is the opposite of what W would do in any given situation i.e. exercise common sense, and we'll be headed in the right direction again. But I'm sure that in a couple years people such as yourself will be screaming for his head, if you're not already. I gave W a chance when he was first elected (which technically he wasn't) and he promptly pissed it away. You however, aren't even willing to go that far. Suit yourself.

Clueless as usual. Palin doesn't even realize that she swayed many moderate Republicans and independents to vote for Obama because they couldn't abide her narrow minded views, arrogance, and inability to think well on her feet. Besides, most of this nation views her as nothing more than a joke and will never take her seriously. Does she think we will forget the ugliness she encouraged at her rallies? She could have told people their vile comments and threats against Obama were uncalled for yet she did nothing but encourage it with her own twisted words. Obama will win another 4 years and I guess in 2016 we'll have to work to keep her out of the White House again. I'm all for electing a female as President but she must be the right female (and intelligent). That leaves Palin out of the race.

I have a hunch the RNC may have a BIG say in little miss sarah's future.

There is little else as annoying as a nothing-nobody-wanna be who became addicted to the spot light. The problem is she has nothing to offer the voters. After saying "hello" at their convention she was a political disaster. A one woman wrecking ball. I'll never forget her hate rallies with the warm up by an officer in uniform yelling about Hussein Obama, the crowd yelling hateful things, the uniformed man saluting the crowd in approval, then little miss sarah taking the podium and in a few minutes the crowd was yelling "kill him".

I honestly do not think the GOP will let her put herself out there in 2012. Maybe in 2016 or 2020 but not 2012. The best that she can do right now is maybe run for Stevens seat if he wins and the Senate kicks him out. Let her become Senator but by all means, do not let her run for President in 2012.

Playing the victime is not going to work with me. For someone who is a maverick, smart, intelligent, independent and the picture of the future, it is hard to believe you did as you were told. America was being sold a lie and now that the truth is coming out everyone is a coward and a jerk. Why isn't anyone calling her on the things she said. Palin spoke the words Palin should take on the responsiblity. If she was not running for what she stood for and to represent the people what would America get if McCain/Palin did win. What would people vote for. Palin does not scare me but makes me work so much harder to demand responsible people hold office and is there to serve the United States of America, not the States with people who think like a racist.

It's not frightening that she doesn't know anything.

It's frightening that she isn't aware that she doesn't know anything.

If she runs she'll only drag the party to the extreme right, and that's what destroyed the McCain campaign.

I'm not sure if it's good news or bad news that she doesn't understand that a victory cannot be had without appealing to the MIDDLE.

But she's shown no signs of that so far . . .

I am so glad Sarah Palin is planning to run, you know, for the nation and for herself, also, because in this world, you havta work, really get in there and work and succeed, with that wonderful effort that is god-given. We havta take this country onto the right path, being a maverick and not part of the, you know, old boy network but blazing a new path and also trying new ideas to succeed. Breaking down doors, maybe a little crumbled, maybe a little scratched up there, but really breaking them down and plowing thru like a snow machine and Louis Vuitton. For God. Amen.

Palin needs to wake up and smell the coffee. My trash collector shows more leadership and knowledge then she does when it comes to the necessary credentials to become a President. People proved they were not stupid when they went to the polls. I doubt very seriously that any candiate wanting a shot for the top job would put someone that they met once on their ticket to make them fail. She even talks bad about her own party now and blames the loss to Bush and his spending habits. Where was this talk when she was putting up her front during her run?

I mean, who among us could have better represented the anti-intellectual and racist tendencies of the U.S. of A better than you? Joe the Plumber may indeed be a fiction created by the right wing, but YOU, Mrs. Palin, are the real deal! If Americans want to continue a foreign policy based on WWJD, you'd definitely be our woman. Believe me, it wasn't the fact that you couldn't speak in sentences or the $150K shopping spree that led folks away from you, it was their anti-American tendencies. I don't see how Sarah Palin can be a president, except she starts reading and stop dividing this country. She has been a hypocrite all along. so my guess is that..she could easily blend in another centrist perspective and excite other bases as well. its up to her, she is a good political lier.

I am sick of hearing about Obama already. I could care less where the kids attend school, where Michelle Obama shops, Barack shoots hoops or who comes to dinner. Our country is a disaster area. The cause goes back for decades, not eight years as Barack misinformed the nation. His suggestion of a civilian security force smacks of Marxism and could be a dangerous precident. He is not African American, but of MIXED HERITAGE. Why is everyone so mesmerized by this politician. ALL WE SHOULD BE CONCERNED WITH IS PUTTING OUR COUNTRY BACK TOGETHER. This campaign, in spite of early promises by the President-Elect, was about bashing the opponent and blaming Bush for all our ails. Bush was not an effective leader, but he was not the cause of all our problems. Obama needs to go to work and stop with all his eloquent, but empty speeches.

Perhaps she should look inward and ask herself: Why, if I already have beautiful children with the man that I love, would I have another child after the age of 40 when there is a 1 in 35 chance that the child will have special needs?

Is this woman capable of uttering a complete, coherent sentence? Its fine to be a conservative; millions of people are. She needs to enunciate why conservatism is relevant in this age in more words than simply because she believes it to be so. Reagan was able to relate conservatism to world situations, not just "on account of because I like conservatism."

    Please, Sarah, just go away.

Even if the door is "cracked up?" I'll tell you what's cracked up. I love how all of her quotes are endless and leave the reader utterly perplexed. She says so many words, with so little meaning. This woman may be very sweet in person, except for the whole rabid anti-choice thing and the creepy Christian thing, but let me tell you – she is, at best, a goof. Do we really want another goof running this joint into the ground?

This is what we have ripened to – "The instant culture". This is what our system of educations has taught us: "There is no wrong answer – everybody is correct – It is impolite to say that something is wrong". We've learnt over the years that we really dont need to put effort towards realizing goals – just luck (open doors) is what we should keep looking for..... Good luck America!

We DO NOT NEED A FANATICAL Christian anywhere near the White House

    First whatever happened to:
"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof;..."? Or how about article 6: "No religious Test shall ever be required as a Qualification to any Office or public Trust under the United States." Why do we have
fanatical Christians getting away with trying to cram their beliefs
down our throats? Why do we swear to god for everything from taking office to standing up in court?

To each his own, is what I was brought up believing. I want a BIG
separation of church and state! Save it for Sunday or whatever day
your belief requires and leave it out of our government! Religion has
been the bane our world's governments from the beginning of time. You would think we would wake up and realize it. I think most Europeans get it. Most practice their beliefs in private or with their religious communities and leave it there. Why can't we do the same? No more tax exemptions for churches, they are no longer allowed to lobby for any cause or law. They are to have NO say whatsoever in any part of government. Hey isn't that what all of this means???:...

The country has sent a clear message that her populist, anti-intellectual schtick is completely out of sync with most Americans. Let her run as a fringe candidate for the ultra right wing conservatives in a different party, the Rouge Cou Party. Then, maybe Republicans can rid themselves of the faction that makes them so frightening to those of us who harbor some fiscally conservative ideas but can't stomach the likes of people like Palin and their servant Sean Hannity.

Will the real Sarah Palin please step forward !

After projecting this 'wholesale wolf hunting from the helicopter , mush them doggies across the arctic wilderness,Hey, we call 'em snow machines' image we see Palin interviewed by a national news network reporter who pointed to a Cessna type plane in the background and asking our supposedly rough and tumble Alaska governor " Can you fly one of those ?" and leaving the normally loquacious Sarah almost speechless, before mumbling something to the effect of "'I wouldn't be seen dead in one of those, it's like flying in a tin can !' This said in a very teenagey, pouting, downcast ' These questions ain't FAIR !!' demeanor.

The float plane is, if anything, a symbol of Alaskan life, being the lifeline, to this day, for many outlying communities so it is hard to accept that Sarah Palin, the wild northern woman, the one who, I guess, hung precariously out of a helicopter to kill a reputed 67 wolves would (slip up and ?) make such a down country , suburban comment about this wilderness state's fabled icon.

I smell a fabricated image here , one that is leaking badly as this once scrappy ( as long as it isn't challenged) ego wears thin under the scrutiny of enquiry.

Governor Palin is an person of AVERAGE intelligence. And what I mean by that is if you REALLY LISTEN to her answer questions on a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being super smart she is a 5 -6.
Now what is really disturbing to me about this is I always felt our current President was a 5 or 6. This has NOTHING to do with personality it has everything to do with being able to make the CORRECT decision under stress. HELLO..this average intelligence has lead us to decisions and a situation that is going to take us 4 to 10 years to get out of. DO YOU WANT TO RISK THAT AGAIN???
The core Republican Party needs to get it's head out of the sand and realize that while Pro-Life is an important issue IT IS NOT the most important ISSUE when selecting a President. Neither should the desire for a women to be at the top of the ticket mean it should be any woman.
Sarah Palin DOES NOT have the intelligence for the national stage and frankly I don't think she EVER will. We need to let her just stay in Alaska and a a nation seek out nothing but the BEST MINDS (Republican, Democratic, or Independent) our nation has to offer to guide it into the future. Governor Palin would probably a COMPLETE failure even as a Governor if she was in Ohio, New York, Illinois, or any other state that has REAL ecomomic challenges. Alaska has all of that oil revenue and a fairly small population. Lets not make it sound like she is trying to handle the REAL tough problems facing the main 48 states, because she is not!! Gov. Palin has had her 15 minutes and we need to move on....

She started running for president half way through John McCain's campaign. She will stop at nothing in her quest for power, and will trample anyone in her path with her spiked heels.

Sarah Palin has one – and only one – thing in common with Hillary Clinton, and it's a sense of entitlement, as though the good lord himself applied a stamp of approval.

I think Sarah Palin is simly not qualified. She needs to go to language school and polish her english. If she thinks she is qualified then she is joking. McCain took a gamble for an inept candidate and he pays for it in defeat. My advise to Palin is that do not attempt contesting come 2012 because in the primary you will loose in your home state of Alaska. Just stay where you are, infact there is the chance that you will loose your re-election as governor even if contest. America is more than what you think.

It's unfortunate that Mrs. Palen feels that she can possibly run for president in 2012. She is clearly not an intelligent woman and hopefully there are much smarter republicans available to run. Based on these types of responses, it would appear that some of the rumors are true. I think Gov Plain's ambitions are very inflated and self-serving. It also appears that she larned nothing from this campaign or election. I would have liked to hear how she wants to achieve more experiencee and knowledge about foreign policy, domestic polci, issues that appeal to all people. You said a lot of mean and devised things during the campaign and I for one would not want you as a representative of this country. YOu are lacking in knowledge and substance. IT appears you and the Republican party learned nothing from this election. You also need to surround yourself with individuals who will tell you the truth and quit filling your head wth illusion of grandeur. Until you learn how to be representatvie of all people and not just a few, you will not be even considered as a leader. . No Sara you are not now are do I feel will you ever be ready to be president of this great country of ours. I think you should look at being a governor to all people of your state instead of just a few and maybe someday you will be ready to LEAD.

Yes...you do have a group of supporters but it is only those that are on the extreme far right. And, I do mean extreme far right! I am still astonished that you're governor and have been mayor of Alaska. Well with Stevens having been found guilty of multiple counts of fraud and you were found guilty of illegal practice in your own job it really makes me question how government is really run in your state. Ms. Palin, could you please stop all these 'advance' political campaigning? It's not even a week after you clearly lost, and you're already vying for the next election. Instead of scheming out your own presidential ambitions, you will do yourself and especially our nation a big favor if you focus instead on what you can do - as a governor, a mother and an ordinary citizen - to help the new president and all of us, citizens, rebuild and strengthen the economy. If you continue to do these political hype in the media, the people will get tired of you early on. Honestly, I used to respect and listen to what you have to say. But right now, I am just getting sick and tired. Do rest, and give us some, too.

Interesting that the first part of her quote is left out. When she talks about the "open door", she's referring to a prayer that she's praying to God about her future, and the fact that she's praying for guidance. Your article makes no mention of that, and I think it does a disservice to your readers. The longer quote is available in an interview by a local Alaskan newspaper.

I saw the interview, which was 100% softball. Nothing wrong with that, there's no election going on here.

What strikes me though, is that her responses really aren't that unintelligible. It seems like if she got some basic coaching on how to give an interview, she could do all right.

In the paragraph quoted in the article all she needed to say is: "I am keeping my options open, we'll see what the future has in store." Something like that. Instead, she just keeps rambling until she runs out of words to say.

I knew she had her on agenda that is one of the reasons why McCain did not win. It is hard to win when you opponent and VP pick are both working against you.

The first clue for republican follower is when they, ask her in the VP debate would she follow McCain’s agenda if something happen to him and she said no.

From a reformed Republican, please, Sarah, run in 2012. You have placed a spotlight on the reason no one should vote Republican. When a large faction of society is willing to vote for a candidate who knows nothing of its history, admits she doesn't read informative newspapers or magazines, lies, incites anger (to the point where fellow Americans yell, "Kill him" and she simply smiles), hides behind her faith as if it's a protective barrier, I just don't get it. I have lost ALL faith in the Republican Party and am now a life-long Democrat.

  325. I hop she runs

Let her run; unfortunately, all the GOP has left in its support network are the evangelicals, the ignorant, and the angry, and she appeals to all three. She'd be perfect cannon fodder for the Democrats in 2012.

Look at that quote: "...even if it's cracked up a little bit, maybe I'll just plow right on through that and maybe prematurely plow through it, but don't let me miss an open door..."

Are you kidding? This is what the conservatives want? America can do better. I'm an Obama supporter, but if the GOP wants my advice, put Newt up for Prez. At least he can put a sentence together.

If Palin were a Democrat, the far-right-family-values-crowd would have crucified her for abandoning her newborn, and her family for political ambition!

For anyone who thinks that Palin would be a viable candidate, you need to remember that this is the woman who spewed hate, fear, lies, and division all over our Nation. We've had a divider in the White House and do not want another one!

The REASON the Republicans lost was in part due to Palin's vile comments about the "real America versus the other America."

Poor Gov. Palin. We conservatives and ultra-conservatives most definitely need a standard bearer, but she is not it, and she can't see THAT forest for the trees (that are probably standing in her own front yard.)

Our standard bearer should be the Lord. If the conservatives had of conducted themselves as the moral, ethical, "evangelical", "Christian Right" that they (we) claim to be (in all manners & matters regarding campaigning and the election), Sen. McCain would have won; wouldn't have been close.

But there were too many inhumane, unGodly things said and done for us to have "deserved" to win this election, and we actually expected a blessing from God while we were conducting ourselves in such a horrific fashion...not every body, mind you, but far, far too many.

She is not politically savvy either. The Republic Party will chew her up and spit her out. Why is the media still giving Palin so much air time? Oh yeah, she's controversial, and that's good for ratings. Palin is so apparently so narcissistic that she thinks her media coverage is for her own advantage, rather than face facts. She continues to be exposed as a laughable side show. Speaking her mind during the campaign was the best thing for the election. We got to see just how low the standards for public service have sunk in America. How shocking, that someone as uneducated, xenophobic, self-absorbed and pompous could actually have been elected governer of the state of Alaska. My heart goes out to the citizens of that fine state. Want to run for president? Keep opening your mouth and burning your bridges, idiot.

I say run! If it is possible for Obama to get elected, I think she can. I think next time around, she will be more prepared for the media onslaught. And if the economy is still bad in 3 or 4 years, she will probably have a good chance.

She just has to realize, every little rumor and nonsense is going to be reported as news. When Obama claims there are 57 states in the union, that is glossed over.

I think the liberal media and pundits made a crucial mistake this time around – - they spent all of their ammunition and tried to declare Palin dead. In four years, they will be spending time and effort propping up Obama and will have less time to focus on knocking out Palin.

So tired of hearing this double standard. Why can't she be a working mom? No one gives Michele Obama a hard time over it – she is praised for it. In fact, Mrs. Obama is on record as saying that one of her initiatives is to help working moms.

If Palin were a man, she wouldn't be receiving half the criticism she gets. To be fair, I also don't believe she would have been pick for VP nominee if she were a man because she lacks experience. But that is a different issue. It one thing to disagree with political views or to dislike a candidate for things they say – comment about that. But to focus only the "mom" aspect, or her "place as a woman" is purely sexist and ignorant.

I hope she does run. Before her, SNL was getting pretty dry.

Please stop talking about her. Either that, or highlight the fact that the Secret Service reports threats of violence towards Obama increased when she began her rogue "pallin around with terrorist" cry. She does not deserve respect or sympathy. She deserves censure.

GOD HELP US ALL!!! Does she really think she even has a chance?!?! She obviously thinks she does, proving yet again what an idiot she is. If she were smart, she's stay away from the media and retreat into woods, never to be heard from again. She's keeps digging her poilitcal grave with every word that escapes her mouth!

Hearing she is considering a run in '12 is like waiting for the results of your cancer screening. It's like getting divorced and waiting to see if your ex is going to fight for custody.
It's a scary black cloud that is looming over your head.... the thought that she could run for President, and possibly win!
    That is very frightening.
I thought this nightmare threat of her running was over. Why won't she go away ?????????

Remember 4 years is a long time away. Who knows what could happen by then.

But, if the Republican ticket happens to be Palin, I think that is the best news for Obama. Let's not put Mitt Romney or Ron Paul on the ticket (two people who know what they are talking about & would be more difficult to defeat) let's put Sarah Palin on the ticket. Obama would beat her in a landslide!

What's even more frightening is the fact that 64% of Republicans said she was the one in 2012. I can now see why Republicans lost the election. Not a smart bunch of folks, if you ask me. Even Palin said she was shocked to see people actually voting for the Republican ticket after Bush's disasterous 8 years in office. Even Palin is calling her voters out on their stupidity.

It's scary to see that there are sooo many stupid people out there!!
