As a block everyone in my family voted for Obama and Biden. Their current appointments are a big disappointment. It looks like more of the same implosive PC thinking, especially on foreign policy, rather than real "change." What choice did we really have? Especially after Ron Paul bowed out.

My sentiments exactly – Dorothy in NC. I am so thrilled to have Joe Biden as our V.P. He will bring respectability back to that office and he knows a lot of foreign policy. Sure, sometimes he is honest to a fault, but he doesn't lie. I have always felt Cheney was running the show for the past 8 years, and he did a really lousy job of it. Bush was way too stupid to make the horrible decisions he made all by himself.
