It is Hillary Clinton that they are looking into to be the next Secretary of State. If they wanted to make certain conditions with Hillary Clinton, to possible effect Bill, then they should approach Hillary Clinton with those demands and let Hillary and Bill talk it over among themselves first, then if both sides are agreeable, then name Hillary Clinton to be Obama's Secretary of State.
