It may lead to thousands of disparate opinions but occasionally they will hit the button in a way no-one else thought of and therefore be useful. Reminds me of the famous story of the Truck stuck under a low bridge and all the local experts police, fire brigade, engineers turned up and 5 hours later the truck is still stuck. The the village idiot walks by and casually says to the police chief why dont you let the tires down. 5 minutes later problem solved..
