Rove vows to 'name names'

Rove says he will name his enemies in a new book.
Rove says he will name his enemies in a new book.

(CNN) – Enemies of President Bush take heed: Karl Rove is set to name names.

The man widely credited with Bush's two presidential victories says his new book will include an accounting of those in Washington who never accepted the president as a legitimate commander-in-chief.

"I've got behind-the-scenes episodes that are going to show how unreceiving they were of this man as president of the United States," Rove told Cox News in an interview published Sunday. "I'm going to name names and show examples."

Rove signed a deal with publishing giant Simon & Schuster last year, reported be worth over $1.5 million.

In the wide-ranging interview, Rove also suggested the criticisms the president and his aides took were partly because they were not part of the Washington establishment.

"You'll notice there was outrage when it was thought that I was the person behind outing Valerie Plame. And then when it came out that it was the sainted [Deputy Secretary of State] Richard Armitage, there was no interest," Rove said. "I don't remember seeing anybody camped out on his doorstep like they were camped out on mine. [It's]because he was part of the acceptable culture of Washington, and I was not. I was one of those Texans who came up. He was one of those perpetual I'll-scratch-your-back-if-you'll-scratch-mine Washington leakers. "

Let him do his best. He will be remembered as the fellow who brought public discourse to a new low water mark. Additionally, is this guy playing the victim now?

Yeah Karl, i can name names of about 305,831,755 people who never accepted him as the Legitimate Commander in Chief.
I'm allowing for 1000 people getting money from them who want him there.

Collectively, they are known as VOTERS. If your first election isn't legitimate your second can never be.

Bush is the first president to be Appointed by the Supreme Court.
He will also be the last.

Most likely, the result of any more electoral hanky panky in the next 30 years will result in public enactment of the full intent of the wording of the Declaration of Independance and enforcment of all provisions of the US Constitution.

    Here's a ByLine for you:

What? I don't get it. Rove is going to name the names of those who didn't accept the legitimacy of that stolen election? Yes, do name them, Mr. Rove. Name them so they can be in line for medals of courage and patriotism in the face of the most outrageous and idiotic excuse for a presidency in the history of our nation.

I thank God that America is the place where the power of such an abomination can be turned over peacefully.

Oh, sure. Let's keep rewarding criminals (i.e. OJ Simpson) by sending them our hard-earned dollars to buy their books ...when the authors themselves ought to be behind bars ...! Get it together people, and finally see what these folks are really all about.

Rove is naming names to justify the miserable failure of the Bush administration? The lack of accountability by the entire criminal organization that ran this country into the ground is truly shocking.

News flash Rove, a majority of people in this country and in this world NEVER accepted president Bush(league) as a legitimate commander-in-chief.

does karl rove think we're that dumb? he thinks he's going to get a million plus paycheck, rewrite history in favor of bush, and we're all going to see it his way? please. this man's ego is unbelievable. i think he'll be very surprised to see the negative reaction he will receive. even his former supporters get it now... the bush administration, rove and all, are corrupt politicians. simple as that. let the war crimes trials begin!

Karl, you weren't accepted because you were the most divisive person in Washington DC. You were/are a partisan hack and deserve every bit of uncomfortable moments that came your way.

I'm thankful that the bumbling idiot you were responsible for putting in the office will be leaving with nothing but shame, doubt and humiliation.

Go ahead and continue your partisan ways and name names. America is sick of that . We are ready for a fresh approach. One that values all points of view – not just the ones that agree with you.

Sounds like Rove up to his usual tricks. Using threats and intimidation, the old 'you're either with us or against us' attitude which served to polarize politics and exclude bipartisanship. An obvious attempt to rewrite history, deflect blame and duck resposibility for the results of his ugly tactics. A thoroughly contemptible individual.

This is Mr. Rove at his best, doing something that is all too
familiar with many in the political world. Painting Pres Bush as the
victim for his personal gain with a 1.5 million dollar advance for his
book. It will be a breath of fresh air when Rove is no longer prominent
    on the political landscape.

What a bunch of garbage. Who will buy this crappy book that says nothing of substance or value? Such stupid insights like "they (DC establishment) didn't like us Texans" will work for those out-of-touch GOP base voters. Hmmm... I guess I answered my own question about who's going to buy this great "truthful" tell-all.

It is interesting that he is writing a "tell all" book naming names but refuses to testify under oath where he can be held accountable for the truth.

Go ahead Rove and make sure to keep on everybody's mind including all the lawmakers who will soon be investigating you for crimes that hopefully you will be held accountable for. You would just slip away and hope you don't get indited if you were smart . There will be a reckoning and I CANT WAIT!!!

I don't see why this is a big deal since a great deal of Americans never accepted Bush as a legitimate commander-in-chief.

All you people above must be stupid to think that there not enemies of Bush from the beginning. You will regret not being more supportive during his shift as our Commander In Chief. The coming up may be the ONE to make you qack in your boots.

Who cares, Karl? This almost seems like an attampt at misdirection. If people focus on the book maybe they'll forget Karl's role in this horrible administration?

Um, I'm sorry, but this is news?
I'm supposed to be surprised that this embittered man - who couldn't use his questionable political tactics to guide John McCain to the White House and who now watches as the legacy of the Bush Administration becomes one of unpopularity and historical ethical lapses - now wants to "name names" in his memoir?
Go ahead. Make our day, Karl. None of us out here in Real America are surprised that you want to go down while flinging mud.

Ummmmm.....maybe that's because GWB is a complete moron and was never a legitimate president to begin with? Sure, the POTUS title should command some respect in and of itself, but when you prove that you are a total idiot, all respect goes out the window. And he proved it very early on.

    WAH, WAH, WAH!!!!

Go ahead, Rove. Cry and whine. After all of the lives you ruined, who gives a cat's butt what you think? Whose names will be on his list? The biggest list of criminals and swarthy types are all either in the White House, jusy left the White House, or are buying homes in Texas for a grand reunion.

So, go ahead. Name those names!!
