Rove vows to 'name names'

Rove says he will name his enemies in a new book.
Rove says he will name his enemies in a new book.

(CNN) – Enemies of President Bush take heed: Karl Rove is set to name names.

The man widely credited with Bush's two presidential victories says his new book will include an accounting of those in Washington who never accepted the president as a legitimate commander-in-chief.

"I've got behind-the-scenes episodes that are going to show how unreceiving they were of this man as president of the United States," Rove told Cox News in an interview published Sunday. "I'm going to name names and show examples."

Rove signed a deal with publishing giant Simon & Schuster last year, reported be worth over $1.5 million.

In the wide-ranging interview, Rove also suggested the criticisms the president and his aides took were partly because they were not part of the Washington establishment.

"You'll notice there was outrage when it was thought that I was the person behind outing Valerie Plame. And then when it came out that it was the sainted [Deputy Secretary of State] Richard Armitage, there was no interest," Rove said. "I don't remember seeing anybody camped out on his doorstep like they were camped out on mine. [It's]because he was part of the acceptable culture of Washington, and I was not. I was one of those Texans who came up. He was one of those perpetual I'll-scratch-your-back-if-you'll-scratch-mine Washington leakers. "

Ahhhh, Rove missed his moment in the sun—
born a few decades too late.
What a great Nazi soldier he would have been.
    Propagandizing, fomenting hate, endorsing torture...

We see him for what he is—power hungry puppet master.

I think about 50% of the population never accepted Bush as a legitimate presidency, so that's going to be a long list. But why would anyone believe anything Rove says, whether it's in a book or not? The whole Bush persona was built upon lies, half-truths and a PR makeover of an incompetent doofus. If the book sells it will be as a novelty, not as a serious bit of journalism.

No Karl – It was not because you were one of those Texans who came up that you were not accepted in Washington. It was because you were already known as a lying "make-it-up-as-you-go" skin flint that played politics using the Richard M. Nixon hand book; "If you can't beat them – Destroy Them using Lies and Half-Truths".

And your statement that criticisms towards the president and his aides were partly because they were not part of the Washington establishment has absolutely no defense. As history will show – the election was stolen in 2000 by a man who had no right becoming the president of the United States who led us into a war based on lies that have nearly bankrupted our country.

I goes without saying Karl that based on your personality, your lack of human dignity, honesty and fair play that your book will be found in the clearance section of Wal-Mart selling for $1.99 2 weeks after publication.

A total flop, just like George W. Bush’s 8 years in office.

He's going to name names of people who didn't accept Bush as a legitimate President! Oh my gosh! Those people!

Can we give them promotions and raises for being ahead of everyone else in spotting incompetency? Can Obama appoint them to something important? Clearly they are inciteful people.

Rove- Do you notice that this story says more about you than "those people"? Do you not get it? Put down the Kool-Aid! It's over Johnny...

Karl is a shameless, win at all cost, manipulative, evil doer and anyone foolish enough to buy this man's pack of lies, distortions, excuses and half truth, let alone his threatened tell all must be pitied rathered than scorned.
His President wasn't accepted because he was a less than bright, born again frat boy from an elite wealthy background posing as a good ol' boy with a lying, cheating, manipulative, hypocrite, draft dodging coward, warmonger for a vice president.

    Hey Karl,

While your writing your book, maybe you'll want to include my name as one of those who never accepted Georgie Junior as a legitimate President.

The name is "Vic" – remember it. I worked hard for him out and I am working hard to get you and him sent to prison too!

Karl, why not save the publisher some time and money by listing those that DID accept Bush as Commander-in-Chief. They could then publish and handout leaflets.

Karl, if you have some time, which I think you do since no one is interested in anything you have to say ($1.5 mill for your book? Lucky! Better hope the publishing house doesn't go under), Jack Abramoff would like a visitor and requests you bring some dominoes.
