(CNN) – Enemies of President Bush take heed: Karl Rove is set to name names.
The man widely credited with Bush's two presidential victories says his new book will include an accounting of those in Washington who never accepted the president as a legitimate commander-in-chief.
"I've got behind-the-scenes episodes that are going to show how unreceiving they were of this man as president of the United States," Rove told Cox News in an interview published Sunday. "I'm going to name names and show examples."
Rove signed a deal with publishing giant Simon & Schuster last year, reported be worth over $1.5 million.
In the wide-ranging interview, Rove also suggested the criticisms the president and his aides took were partly because they were not part of the Washington establishment.
"You'll notice there was outrage when it was thought that I was the person behind outing Valerie Plame. And then when it came out that it was the sainted [Deputy Secretary of State] Richard Armitage, there was no interest," Rove said. "I don't remember seeing anybody camped out on his doorstep like they were camped out on mine. [It's]because he was part of the acceptable culture of Washington, and I was not. I was one of those Texans who came up. He was one of those perpetual I'll-scratch-your-back-if-you'll-scratch-mine Washington leakers. "

Obviously there was a lot of opposition to Bush being president. This man was never qualified to be president (I wouldn't trust him running a gas station!) so I'm completely not suprised to learn that Bush and his administration we not recieved well in Washington. Rove naming names will only show how much people really were not comfortable with this guy and it still shocks me that the American people voted this obviously incompetent President not once but twice! Let Bush, Rove, and all their counterparts say what they want, but the fact remains. George Bush was a complete disaster.

Don't buy the book and let the publisher eat the losses. That way they will stop publishing "tell all" books from ex-Washington insiders.
I can't help but wonder if Rove actually believes his own garbage. I think the only reason this dirtbag hasn't been brought up on charges is because where this side of Hell would they find a jury of his peers.

What is interesting about Rove is now you are seeing first hand what drove the Bush meanness and paranoia ... and unbelievable insecurity of non-acceptance by the establishment ... us against them in its worst form. I am truly stunned at the defense of the last eight years that the conned-servatives are offering up. It is literally a litany of talking points, straw-man agruments, half-truths, and innuendo to collective stick their heads in the sand as to what really happened, while creating an alternative reality that boils down to three basic arguments regarding all "bad" things
1) it was Bill Clinton's fault

Well surprise Karl, could it be that they never accepted him because he was never elected the 1st time around but, had to be appointed by the Supreme Court judges appointed to their jobs by senior Bush.

Bush has acted like the international brat who threw a temper tantrum that called countries names like “Axis of Evil” and hollered “bring ‘em on” like daddies little cowboy. We invaded a country that did not attack us like a kid throwing his crayons at other kids because they were “bad”. He also allowed tortures and insults to other country’s intelligent abstinence from our foolish endeavors (remember freedom fries). We have moved away from the principles of America’s foundation and have become a house for daddies little spoiled child and it has brought us international scorn and less security (thus the international celebration when Obama won). God bless the day he leaves office in January.
