Every time I see a blog on here from obvious Limbough, Hannity mindless folks I never cease to be amazed at the small mindedness hate I read. The party of wealth and greed that claim the Lord, while cutting back on anything that help the poor, the elderly, the sick.

I would not begrudge anyone rich to support the Republicans, what I can't understand is how many of the poor that are just bursting with pride to be in that hateful party.

I believe in Jesus before party, and though my party has some issues that they support that I don't think the Lord would approve of, I still find the Dem. Party concerned more about the issues that Jesus spent most of his time teaching us. Caring for the poor, the weak, the elderly, the sick, etc. The Republicans seem to only support the rich, and lo0ve of money.

Obama doesn't believe in negativity???? What a laugh! He listened to the Irreverent Wright for twenty years, whose basic MESSAGE is hatred of America, hatred of Jews, hatred of whites. But of course in all those twenty years, Obama NEVER heard him say any of those things.

Lieberman lost the Democratic nomination for his seat, elected to run as an Independent (which he said he wouldn't do), retained his membership in the Democratic Party, and used it to coerce his way into committee chairmanships. Then he turns his back on the party and actively campaigns for the Republican nominee and speaks at their convention slamming the Democratic nominess, again which he recently said he didn't do.
He is nothing but a liar and an opportunists as about all others on Capitol Hill.
Now neither the Democratic majority has the balls to strip him of his chairmanships and send him packing to the Republican side where he belongs. And now his state party is sending him a letter expressing their dismay at his conduct.
Screw them all!!! The people of CT need to send this jerk packing when he is up for reelection and Harry Reid and the other need to grow a set of balls, or has George Bush neutered him too????
Change isn't coming to this country until all these fools are replaced in Congress. And I don't mean by their relatives.

You're the one that voted in 2000 and 2004 for small government and less spending AND GOT NIETHER! I knew from the get-go that Mr. Bush was a proven disaster, was surrounded by neo-idiots, and was supported by the rightwing underbelly of this country -- if that's not a recipe for FAILURE, I don't know what would be....and indeed it CERTAINLY was. Lieberman's alliances lie with Isreal 1st ... NOT with America's. He should renounce his US citizenship and move to Tel Aviv.

He is more than that though. He maligned Obama in the campaign. He threw false grenades at Barack after vowing to provide respectful, civil support to McCain.

It is his conduct, not his traitorous pick of McCain, that has him in hot water with the voters. Sooner or later, he will pay.

Powell was still respectful towards his parties nomination, whil Lieberman spouted LIES and went dirty. It's politics. Go dirty on your parties candidate, expect those in your party to be upset.

And speaking of Powell, I'd be willing to bet that most of you here typing this nonsense are the same ones that said the only reason he did it was because he was black. But Liberman was only putting country 1st and did so only because he felt McCain was the better man?

Hopefully when the Dems get to 61 or 62 seats in 2010, they can kick him out of the caucus. In 2012, it won't matter, because Judas Iscariot's time is up then, and he stands very little chance of being re-elected now whatever party he runs for.

Senator Byrd has more integrity in his little finger than Joe Lieberman. I consider the courage to simply speak your truth. We don't need tap dancers, eager for power, approval or influence. I personally hope Byrd (whose views are not always my own!) is around a long time.

Mr. Lieberman and the rest will remain guilty in the court of most American eyes for lack of dignity.

Yes. If you want to call yourself a Democrat or Republican or whatever affiliation you choose, it is generally expected that you exercise your free speech in a manner that is consistent with that affiliation and not directly against its interests. Otherwise, you can go about saying the same thing, just not wearing that membership nametag. THAT is what this is about. It is NOT about Lieberman being ridiculed for what he said...even though that should be fair game as well since he joined in with the McCain/Palin smear and fear festival.
