Why do some of you insist on being arm chair shrinks? I'd bet the farm that Hillary and Barack mended their breaks long before the election was over. If he hated her or if she hated him, she would not be SOS and she would have never given up her Senate seat. If they can tolerate each other, then I think we should follow suit.

what kind of people are reading this... this is un-presedented. the transparency in which the donor list has been given to the public and the the very nature of the agreement in which President Clinton removes himself frm direct ties to foundation donations is incredible. furthermore the foundation agrees to be under the guidlines of the State Department. Folks get real, don't believe for a second any of the other former presidents have given this much back. this is a huge story and a positive one. the foundation's purpose is to fight HIV and other deseases; this was very generous for Mr. Clinton in exchange for Hillary becoming secretary of State. too bad some of you can't recognize that this is a very special moment.

Sure wish Hillary would let us in on the dirty little secret she's got on obama.

The list of million dollar funding sources makes it difficult for me to ignore the past 16 years of The World According To Clinton. I had faith and trust which Mrs. Clinton proved was misplaced. Today I'm even more thankful Mrs. Clinton was not the Democrat Party Presidential candidate. I'm not saying she is corrupt. I am saying she is human. But law, Hillary Clinton is not eligible to appoint Secretary of State because Congress (during her term) voted recently for a pay raise for this cabinet position. By Article I, section 6 of the United States Constitution, which states that “No Senator or Representative shall, during the Time for which he was elected, be appointed to any civil Office under the Authority of the United States, which shall have been created, or the Emoluments whereof shall have been encreased during such time….”

Now, they have talked about legal remedies for this or she will take the salary prior to the last raise... My point is simple. The rules have never applied to the Clinton's from Whitewater to the Lewinsky Scandal to Clinton residency eligiblity for the senator seat in New York (how do you go from Governor/First Lady of Arkansas, President/First Lady living in DC to living in NY... CARPET BAGGER!!!)

Hillary should be grateful to Obama for the job. There should be no give and take. Obama needs to lay down the law. Why is there such an uproar over Rick Warren saying the prayer at Obama's inauguration? He is a preacher, which means he is not for gayness. the articles about Bill Clinton's foundation sound as if he has done something under-handed when in fact these billionaires, countries, etc have donated to the foundation to make the world a better place. Clinton's foundation has given billions to Africa to fight aids, help entrepreneuers in 3rd world countries, and to fight global warming.

What I wonder is how previous donations will be used against the Secretary of State when she visits that country.
