The reason she wasn't "allowed" to speak to the media is because she's unable to formulate a coherent sentence. It's like her mind is saying one thing, her mouth is saying another, and she's never able to get the two in sync. I constantly have to read or playback what she says 3 or 4 times just to figure out what she was trying to say.

I don't know if more interviews would have helped her, at all. The few interviews that we DID see were pretty ridiculous. She needed more time with her running mate, trying to find out what her party actually should stand for...and frankly, learning the government and how it works.

Sarah Palin had A LOT of interviews that were never given any coverage by the MSM. She was engaging and knowledgable in all of them. In fact, the Katie Couric interview was never fully aired. They cut out the best parts and only showed them on the internet. You guys are forgetting that the woman only had two months to prove herself to a media that was hellbent on destroying her. I think Sarah Palin should be more prepared with media interviews. It's not quantitative but qualitative!. The way she blink her eyes, and not knowing exactly what the responsibilities/roles of a vice president are does not help her at all. Have one or more interviews with the same erroneous answers or pretentious attitude, would bring her down and the GOP quicker. It comes down to the basics, get prepared before an interview and be humble, but don't play the opportunist card nor try to polarize the situation.
