Clintons to ring in the New Year in Times Square

2008 didn’t go quite as planned for either Clinton.

2008 didn’t go quite as planned for either Clinton.

(CNN) - Bill and Hillary Clinton will celebrate the end of the year in the heart of a city just as happy as they are to see the tail end of 2008, joining New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg to watch the crystal ball drop in Times Square tonight.

The former president and the secretary of state-designate share more with the mayor than an adopted hometown: former Clinton communications director Howard Wolfson has signed on to advise Bloomberg during his re-election bid.

Neither Clinton has ever endorsed Bloomberg, who was often a Wolfson target during past election cycles.

This is off topic but the only place I can post:
Why do we care what a small margin of athiest think...why should we bow down to their demands on removing God from the inauguration?
When God leaves our country our country goes with it.
    God is Great.
    Happy New Year!

If we are all really, really lucky Bill will succumb to the eye candy in Times Square and have a life ending heart attack. He is truly one useless sack of southern garbage that the world would be a better place in 2009 without him.

how long will new yorkers continue to believe that either clinton cares a flip about them? they are users and have made fools of the people of new york who voted for her thinking she was going to be their senator – all she wanted was a seat from which to run for her failed presidency!!!!! well, you got what you deserved – an empty seat about to be filled by a kennedy (if the furious clintonoids can't stop her because they are in a poiwer struggle since kennedys endorsed obama!!) this time i vote kennedy!!!!

Former Obama Voter has not had enough of war in Iraq, Bin Laden still at large, economy tanked, Bin Laden still at large, Non Shoe Ducking, Bin Laden still at large. Gee, Bush really left a mess like a teenager who threw a party while the parents were on vacation and some of these people make me laugh they will miss him. They must be sadistic.

Hillary, you lost me with your sour grapes during the campaign. I used to admire and respect you. I only hope your ego will stay in check the next few years. You are such a legend in your own mind!!!!!!!!

**Oh well it is 4:21 EST and the Repub moderator may be on.....

SHANE – Your right.....I've predicted this since Obama won the election......It doesn't matter who the republicans put in there to run....
They WILL NOT WIN THE WHITE HOUSE TIL 2020, period....
    Obama – 08
    Obama – 12
    Hillary – 16

P.S. (he will help her win in 2016)
Reason ? She helped Him Win....

do you think Hillary realizes what a loud, obnoxious voice she has when she talks? And that smirk on her face, it's disgusting, while Bill "stands by his woman" and smirks too. What a pair, they deserve each other, but I do not think America deserves either of them. I think it's time for them to just retire and enjoy all those millions of dollars they have! Good luck Mr. Obama, in 2009... but please pick better people on your cabinet .

This is the time to reflect back on 2008. The laughs and cries, the anger and joys. Let's not be negative for the future holds a bright light for all of us. MAY GOD BLESS THE OBAMAS, BIDENS, CLINTONS AND EVERYONE IN THE USA!

Enough of the Clinton's already! He reminds me of Carter, a peanut brain, because she ran the country when he was the president. Have had enough of her to. Thought when she was the senator of New York we would not have to hear about her but there she was in the light all the time.

Since they were from Arkansas, are they ashamed of it since they never did run for anything there? From what I hear, Arkansas was glad when he became President so they would not have him for governor anymore.

  25. No Hillary = No Obama

Hillary Clinton stuck to her commitment to rely on public financing and as a consequence we have Mr. Full-of-himself as President. Hillary Clinton was hijacked by the sexist, foul media. No woman should even consider running for President until the media establishes ethical standards that censor sexist, gender-biased, insulting comments. Obama buttocks was kissed by the media and the whole thing stinks.
