Now that those votes show an incumbent losing, they, the GOP, are raising Hell about an improper count. The court appointed board has certified Frankin as the winner. The Secretary of State will certainly sign the warrant, but obviously, the Governor has received his orders from GOP HQ'S and he won't sign. What's to go to court about?
