Rice was running around telling the world the Bush statement (paraphrased) that they would have 'moved heaven and earth' had they had warning before '9/11' and then that 'WMD and terrorist connections' justified attacking Iraq and again that 'the world is better off without Saddam' as if that was justification and not really irresponsible rationalization. The truth is that Bush-Cheney would tell the lie and Rice would run around swearing to it to the whole world. The best advice that Clinton could get from Rice would be in contrast to her performance, to be honest and transparent to earn the trust and respect of the people, here at home and worldwide.
