WASHINGTON (CNN) - President Barack Obama has started receiving a daily economic briefing, similar to the daily intelligence briefing presidents have received for decades, White House Press Secretary Robert Gibbs said Thursday.
The daily review is being led by top administration adviser Larry Summers, head of the president's National Economic Council.
