(CNN) – Newly minted Republican National Committee Chairman Michael Steele announced his transition team Tuesday. The group is dominated by RNC members who backed the new leader during the election.
Steele also chose former rival Saul Anuzis, who endorsed him after withdrawing from the race, to be a part of the team. The group will start concentrating on gubernatorial and local elections right away, along with recruiting new candidates, building volunteer networks and forging relationships with local parties, according to a press release.

boy this guy acts like he is running for president of the US. the repubs need to start from strach. their mindset & ideas are outdated, they are narrowminded, greedy, selfish. There are more things in life then being pro-life. There is unemployment, uninsured children, foreclosures, homelessness just to name a few. they dont seem to understand any of that. so hopefully they will look for candidates that can relate to REAL people. Otherwise we came count on President Obama residing in the White House for 8 years. Which I'm all for. So repubs you have alot of work to do. And let me say sarah ( the pitbull in lipstick) is NOT the answer. LOL
Great choice by the RNC, he is a good, honest and decent man.
I do however hope that he checks the tax info on these people, unlike Barry the empty one, who seems to not check anyone.
