WASHINGTON (CNN) - Famed entertainer Dolly Parton said Tuesday she thinks a woman would make a good president — but she wouldn’t.
"Somebody said to me, 'Well, you know what - you've got such a big mouth and you know how to talk to people, did you ever think about running for president?'” the country singer told an audience at the National Press Club. I said, 'I think we've had enough boobs in the White House, but hopefully [President] Obama ain't gonna be one of them.'"
Parton, who is in Washington to promote the 75th anniversary of Tennessee’s Great Smoky Mountains National Park, also joked a woman may be especially suited to show wrath against terrorist threats.
"Every 28 days, those terrorists better run deeper into them woods," she said, to laughter. "That's all I can say if we get a woman in there."

While I hold Parton in higher esteem than I do Palin (Parton is a very shrewd business person, Palin is merely a "celebrity" with virtually no accomplishments), I think what we really need is a constitutional convention to re-write our constitution.
There is something really wrong when one party wins overwhelming majorities in both houses of Congress and its candidate wins the presidency by an overwhelming margin, yet the ruling party cannot actually govern effectively due to the opposition's road blocks.
At the least we need to amend the constitution to change the 60-vote cloture rule since most of the time a minority party can block legislation from coming to a vote.
Much love to Dolly Parton! Being able to laugh at oneself and not take life so serious is her gift.

Dolly better watch out for good old J.B to be the boob here i don't think Obama can really be that dumb he'll surround himself with people he thinks are smart and they might prove that thought true but in the long run no one will listen to him in congress and the partisan lines will still remain and perhaps after 2 years Mr. Obama's dreams of hope and change will be crushed enough for him to start phoning it in.
