Bill Ayers has an idea for Palin

Palin highlighted Obama's connection to Bill Ayers during the presidential campaign.
Palin highlighted Obama's connection to Bill Ayers during the presidential campaign.

(CNN) – Sarah Palin once accused Barack Obama of “palling around with terrorists,” a catchphrase intended to highlight Obama’s connection to former Weather Underground member Bill Ayers.

Now that the campaign rhetoric has subsided, Ayers has an idea for a new show starring his Alaskan nemesis.

“I did send her a note after the election,” he says of Palin in the upcoming issue of the New York Times magazine. “I suggested that we have a talk show together called ‘Pallin’ Around With Sarah and Bill.’ I haven’t heard back.”

Ayers assiduously avoided interviews and press attention during the presidential race, but he insists the Obama campaign never told him to keep quiet.

“They apparently didn’t want to call me, and I certainly wouldn’t have initiated it,” he says.

According to Ayers, Obama’s election was “a strike against white supremacy.” But, he says, his victory doesn’t change the fact that “40 percent of black kids under 5 live in poverty.”

He also says that while he considers himself a radical, he believes Obama is “a moderate Democrat.”

“If you look at his record, it’s the record of a moderate, who indeed does know how to make compromises,” Ayers told the magazine.

Sarah's only interest sems to be staying in the lime light ....she should get a show ....then she'd be in front of the cameras to her hearts content and no doubt be able to voice her opinion at random and get new clothes paid for by the station and talk to all the celebrates she wants ....perfect for her huge ego ......and then we can turn the station off and hopefully not hear from her again ....enuf of her !!!! ugh

Palin will be glad that Ayers is keeping her in the news. Palin loves any kind of publicity but especially for frivilous matters.

I think Palin's more interested in doing a mystery than a talk show – it's going to be called, "The Grifter Governor and Her Invisible Grandbaby".

Most americans can't even find the United States on a map.. You actually can see Russia from Alaska and why doesn't Obama ask Russia to stop violating our airspace how many times a day do US have to keep Russia out of Alaska airspace

I would be surprised if Gov, Sarah Palin would not stoop so low as to be seen with a terriost like Bill Ayers is said to be. I hears his name linked with Pres Obama more times that I wanted to hear.

I am thinking the GOP has swept Palin under the rug. They may trot her out to support someone else, but with a little bit of luck, we may have seen the last of Palin 2012!

I can hear the whining now... "But why do you hate her so much... She never did anything to you..." Idiots. We don't need another half witted boob running the White House!

I actually wonder how Palin thinks about Steele, the new RNC chair. Is he a terrorist too?

The best Palin story is going to be the one reporting that her gun backfired while she was shooting at wolves from a helicopter. That, I hope, would be the last Palin story.

First Ashley Judd, now Bill Ayres. One thing these two have in common is that the mention of Sarah Palin's name is sure to get them into the headlines.

Funny, at least the guy has a sense of humor. You betcha, doggone it. Both of those individuals need to fade into obscurity, as they have nothing to offer the future.

If Palin and Ayers teamed up there's no telling what they could accomplish. Think of all the wild life they could save throwing bombs at wolves from a helicopter.

Well, since Sarah apparently is fine now "pallin' around" with that dangerous Obama she was shrieking about in the fall, this is really a non-story. If she seriously believed all the BS she was spewing then but has gotten over it, maybe she would be fine with Bill Ayres too.

After all, she sleeps (and reproduces) with someone who believes Alaska should secede from the union. That's freaky.

Might be a good idea. Palin would bring so much comical value and Ayers could be the straight guy feeding her. I mean pray away the witches and gay, saddle up some dinosaurs, hunting on the fly, real America...

Survivor: The Ohio school where kids were killed by the National Guard was Kent State.
It was a different time, and Ayers was no different than many people protesting an unjust war...we could learn from him! He did not kill anyone, and why should he be sorry for protesting a war that killed thousands of innocent people? Bush has allowed the killing of thousands of innocents-is he a terrorist too? In my book, he is, and even more reprehensible than Ayers.

  23. America wake up

Stopped in to look at the comments, boy am I glad I am not a far left demy. You folks have some real mental issues, please educate yourselves on real facts concerning Palin and not the vile reporting that has been done by the far left unballanced networks. If shes runs for a second term for Alaska Governor I will be voting for her again. Oh, by the way our enconmy in Alaska is great.......perhaps Ayer's buddy OBAMA who shares his far left socialistic views can co-anchor a show with.....they both want to destroy America.....

Palin should not let punks and terrorists threaten her. They have been defeated. Power is with the people and Ayers like Obama are afraid them and they know it. Change of executive power at Move-on.org is a perfect example of how it is possible to walk all of them when push come to shove. The people won and the ungrateful Obama is on his own with how he will handle terrorists. The people can't help BO on this one..hehehe. Gun trotting Palin will provided she reads Federalist papers with devotion. Leave her alone or hell break loose punk.
