(CNN) - President Obama and long-time friend Marty Nesbitt shot hoops Saturday at a basketball court inside the U.S. Department of the Interior.
Press aide Ben Finkenbinder, who left the game drenched in sweat, teamed up with Obama on the court. Another Obama staffer and Reggie Love, an Obama aide and former basketball player at Duke University, were also seen leaving the game.
Obama wore workout clothes and a White Sox hat to the game.
Finkenbinder declined to provide many details on the match up, and he didn’t say who won.
No word on whether Ken Salazar, the Secretary of the Interior, was around for the game
he's not shooting hoops, he's meeting like minded men.
I DON'T CARE!
All of u complain why do u blog if u don't care. Can't our President have some fun?
It is proven that Obama has done more in a month than Bush in eight years. So what is the big deal that he took a day off to play basketball? All those right wing conservatives watch out and make room for the new guy as your chance has come and gone. Say what you want and do what you like, it is not going to change the fact that you are the reason why the contry is in this financial situation. Step back and give the new administration a little room, a fair chance!!!
Bush played golf and Obama plays basketball and each have a different way of politics that's why we have someone new in the oval office and its not the far right. Deal with it! Change will come – it has to.
So much hate to cloud the world, its just a routine he does before becoming the C in C.So what? He should not do that again to satisfy your wants. At least he did it off work days,so let him relax ,all yea haters.
What's wrong with Obama playing basketball? Bush rode his mountain bike, went fishing, and golfing while we were in Afghanistan. The first year of his Presidency was spent on his ranch!
