Three women signed petitions Saturday outside a Virginia subway station as part of the push by Organizing for America, a Democratic organization of the president's grassroots supporters.

ARLINGTON, Virginia (CNN) - Democrats mounted a nationwide effort Saturday to try and harness the grassroots support, which helped propel Barack Obama's campaign, into support for his administration's initiatives.

Volunteers met in 1,200 to 1,300 locations across the country, organizers said. From a library in Arlington, Virginia, to a park in Brooklyn, New York, to homes and restaurants in California.

In some, participants discussed the president's agenda. In others, they set out to homes, subway stations and farmers' markets seeking signatures on forms in which they pledged support for "President Obama's bold approach for renewing America's economy" and committed to asking friends, family and neighbors to do the same.

The first priority for organizers is the president's proposed budget. This petition drive is part of an effort by the White House and Democrats to help push it. In a video e-mailed to supporters this week, Obama lobbied for it acknowledging that "passing this budget won't be easy" and saying "that is where you come in."

He urged supporters "to head out this Saturday" and "stay involved in the days ahead" by writing letters and making phone calls.

Saturday's project is the first concrete effort by the Democratic Party's new "Organizing for America" initiative to use the network of volunteers to help build push the administration's agenda, although last month the group did host house parties where the proposed stimulus bill was discussed.

Through the information gathered Saturday, organizers are able to continue growing the vast database of supporters' e-mails and text addresses. The Obama campaign's list of supporters was transferred to the "Organizing for America" effort.

But whether the success seen by the Obama campaign in signing up supporters can be replicated when rallying a policy agenda is an open question. Some organizers and volunteers admit it will be a hard sell since there is no excitement and timeliness of a presidential campaign.

At the meeting in Virginia, attendees were told "the campaign continues" and were asked how they as citizens could "keep it going."

Some of the people stopped by the canvassers at a Virginia subway station told CNN it would be easier to build momentum for this if it was focused on one specific item, such as the effort to reform health care, rather than around the broader agenda. Several had volunteered for the campaign but so far have not gotten involved in this new program.

Some others, including three women just out of college and a husband and wife from Indiana who had not done work for the campaign, signed the petitions. They pointed to the bad economy as a reason they would consider working to support the president.

The success of this type of initiative will greatly depend on the energy and determination of such volunteers as Sergio Salmeron, who started a Washington-area club after the election for supporters of the president's policies. His effort Saturday afternoon brought together about 16 people discussing everything from health care reform and whether the president is being inclusive, to foreign policy and whether the administration is on the right track, to the economy.

Mike Signer, who volunteered for the campaign and advised the transition, told the group, "You all are foot soldiers" and said, "He will need your help to win this fight."

Then about half of that group set out to seek signatures at subway stops.

Still there are people who connot concede defeat and thats why there is so much wrangling from repuplicans and racists who cant belief what happenned. Take heart cos this is the greatest president of all times if only repuplicans forget the party divisions and cooperate for a better future. Time will tell.....
Its Obama or America will still continue crying the rot and mess left behind from the previous regime.

kennyboon   March 22nd, 2009 1:02 pm ET

People of America,
We got to work together locally, regionally, County, State, Country and Globally to build a better life. We can no longer rely on one party or the other. It is time to work as one nation and one people. I call it, to be a Globalist. There are too much lost and too little time to save everyone. But if we work together, we can change not just us but the entire world. However, we have to start locally. Locally right here and remember YES WE CAN. From out home we could learn to plan vegies, and fruits. We can work as a community to improve the area through community services, from sharing with the poor and education one another. Service comes in the form of businesses. Increase tourism in your own area, use your skills to make money, through work, products, skills transfer and so on.
We can work together to make this a better world by supporting this honest smart President.

Most Americans know that despite the naysayers, negativity and incessant moanng and groaning in the media, that President Obama can not literally turn aroung the greatest economic downturn in our history since the depression in 40 days. We are all in this together and if you are not part of the solution you are part of the problem

===

You must be dreaming! Greatest economy NOW is China. How does it feel being told by a communist country to be responsible with economic policies they're writing? How does it feel a communist country (China) is the biggest holder of USA I.O.U? France and other countries did not follow Obamchimp economic policies. Wait for G20 summit. Hillary Clinton went to China asking their PM to give MORE loan to USA, right now USA owes China $1.3 TRILLIONS! You better start kissing that Oriental store in your neighborhood.

NASATLTIA,

Are you sure? I read your response to "P.Y." up top, and let me tell you, you leave a lot to be desired, when it comes to rhetoric. It's great that you, and some others, use correct grammar at all times. I know that you are a Republican because you are perfect. But I say to you, every person on this blog has a right to be here. Great, good, and or poor grammar, free speech puts all of US on a level playing field.
I may not agree with you, but I will "defend to the death your right to say it." (Voltare).

Just because you have the right to say 'it' doesn't mean you should. I say that President Obama is the man for these times, and I feel that I am right. That doesn't make me right, but that is my belief.

Why should you, and your Republican possee, get up in arms with your perfectness, and slam others for not obeying your master Limbaugh? I know you have an open, and an underground campaign
operating against my president, but I challenge you to think back to the past election time frame. He overcame tremendous odds, and won a landslide victory over your boy. If God is for someone, no trickery will succeed against him. Power to President Obama, and this great nation he is leading. Peace Out!!!!!!!!!!

P.S. Any mistakes I made are purely on purpose. Lol........PO!

Michigan Jim   March 22nd, 2009 12:45 pm ET

Let's get the terminology right....

Socialism - "a theory or system of social organization that advocates the vesting of the ownership and control of the means of production and distribution, of capital, land, etc., in the community as a whole."

Statism - "the principle or policy of concentrating extensive economic, political, and related controls in the state at the cost of individual liberty."

Obama isn't a socialist - he's a statist.

No – the solution to our problems is to stop taking down signatures and tell these fat cats to move over to get some fresh new ideas inplace so our multiple cultures in America can grow, offer new forms of employment free from discrimination, and rebuild our economy from the ground up – instead of the current practices that are in place who steal our money and then dump it in tax shelters in the Cayman Islands.

at least this president is honest that it will take time and hard work, the last one told us to just go shopping

Concerned Citizen   March 22nd, 2009 12:27 pm ET

Stop the finger pointing, please! I read these blogs, and I keep seeing the same thing over and over again: both Republicans and Democrats point the finger at each other. Democrats say only Bush and the Republicans got us in this pickle. They have selective amnesia about the fact that Democrats have controlled both houses of Congress since 2006. Republicans keep saying that Obama is a socialist and we must rail against socialism. That argument goes nowhere. Most people do not know what socialism is, so it is an argument that will not take hold. They need to present a clear, concise plan that they see would help the economy from their perspective. If the media will not report it, as they have not with many of their proposals, force them. Get on the same page and push, push, push. I am an Independent voter, and from what I have seen with both the new president and the new congress, I am not impressed with either party. All this showboating and feigned outrage makes my stomach recoil. It is fake, and the American people know it. I do not trust either party for these reasons, and my suspicions about both are confirmed every day. I am truly worried about the future of this country, not as a partisan, but as an American.

4 years of nothing but excuses   March 22nd, 2009 12:25 pm ET

If this is the greatest plan in history and he has the "peoples mandate" to bring this change, why does he need to sell it?

Real simple even for you Obamabots. Democrats, many economists and people a lot smarter than YOU people all think it is WRONG and WRONGHEADED.

Even the BI PARTISAN CBO says it IS BAD, but don't let facts get in your way of your stupidity.

Let this "special needs" president (small p) do what he wants and when it fails we will nevr have to deal with this "experiment" again in our lifetimes.

One and done Barry.

Rob from Pa   March 22nd, 2009 12:22 pm ET

So let me see, did I get this right ? The solution to our economic problems is to borrow beyond our means, not be able to pay for it, and then have our home foreclosed upon by foreign entities.

I can't help feeling a little deju-vu here. Isn't this a major part of what got us here?

bca   March 22nd, 2009 12:21 pm ET

Not as Stupid as the Liberals think I am   March 22nd, 2009 12:17 pm ET

Dear P.Y.

Before you berate others please look up the definitions of the words you use. It is exactly this type of ignorance which will support many of President Obama's proposals in the coming years.

Debt and Deficit are synonymous with one another. Instead of, “deficit” next time try, "superfluous." Here it is in a sentence, "The Obama campaign used a superfluous amount of money doled out to him by his followers." Of course you could also use it as a noun by adding, “ness” to the end of the word, but I don’t need to tell you that I’m sure Obama will be there to help you with your grammar in the wonderful public schools he plans to build up over the coming years.

You see I was having trouble with finding the right word to fit in the place of, "followers" so I did what many in this country should be doing, "research" if you will, to find just the right word to set my monologue off with the tone I desired.

Another good phrase that could substitute, what I think you mean by the word, “deficite” is, "budget surplus." However the implications of this are that the government has the ability to earn money, which of course it does not.

Respectfully,
NASATLTIA

The statements here are ignorant beyond my understanding.

Scenario: Can't wait to run into these 20-somethings who when they goof up in life claim inexperience and a youthful lack of wisdom...yet now know what is right for the people in this country because they have been recruited by the apostles of their messiah. Most will be able to recognize them though, with the freshly stained kool-aid lips.

Mr. President, I am a supporter but this is a really stupid idea. What you need to do is to corral the people in Washington who have screwed up your agenda so far....I am not surprised you are considering giving up on them as incompetent buffoons, but try something else.

beevee   March 22nd, 2009 11:56 am ET

I think that the president's economic agenda and rescue efforts from the serious downturn we have faced before he took office are showing signs of recovery inspite of all the criticism by GOP who secretly wish him to fail. He has experts on his side who have brilliant ideas on how to turn things around. Nothing can be accomplished overnight. We should all support him.

bca   March 22nd, 2009 11:49 am ET

I am very pleased to see that the people are helping the President by taking some matters into their own hands & help the man display his agenda to help put our economy back on track again. Now let's show those dang GOP's how to get things done in this country!

I hope Palin loses her 2010 reelection bid for Alaska governor. That's the political price she needs to pay for turning down stimulus money for her citizens (education, unemployment, etc). You can't play politics with peoples' lives and get away with it. Losing the 2010 governor's race will kill her chances for the 2012 presidential race. Haha!

Dear President Obama,
Thank you for helping my neighbors with
their mortgage payments.
You know the one's down the street who in the good times refinanced their house several times and bought SUVs, ATVs, RVs, a pool, a big screen, two Wave Runners and a Harley.

But I was wondering, since I am paying my mortgage and theirs, could you arrange for me to borrow the Harley now and then?

P.S. They also need help with their credit cards, when do you want me to start making those payments?
P.P.S.
I almost forgot – they didn't file their income tax return this year. Should I go ahead and file for them or will you be appointing them to cabinet
posts?
Loved the post and am happy for the person who got more money back this year/I have to send in my taxes on the 14th of April and while I have never liked it(who does)I do it with a much heavier heart this year. I have always been careful with my money but now I am afraid to spend/my question is why does the president need to push his plan so hard/they won and control the Senate and House.

Christina   March 22nd, 2009 11:32 am ET

The Republicans!! oh come on. It was all of us . I blame the greedy banks for offering sub-prime mortgages, I also blame oil, When it went up people were spending more money on gas then anything else. In my household we were spending like $400 a month on gas. That put us in debt. Lots of truckers lost business. We need to stop putting blame on other parties. I don't support the President. I have been following his first days in office. I'm not impressed. he signs a $410 billion dollar earmark and pork spending bill, which when he was running for office, he said he would never sign. Signed a stimulus package that mainly stimulates government. He does seems like a nice guy. Yeah I think he has charisma. Thats not enough for me. We need to go beyond looks. Nevertheless, he will be in office for 4 years so I will support him. I also wish republicans would stop complaining they are making the rest of us look bad. Democrats and Republicans really need to work together and stop thinking about each others parties. The economy is a mess and we all need to work together. Lets stop blaming each other and lets try and put together a solution.

Some of our greatest Presidents accomplished greater things while jumping bigger hurtles. The fact that President Obama has to rely on this type of support it startling to say the least.

But enough with this unconditional love. The best way for Obama to have his agenda supported is to earn it with good results, not by rallying his die-hard cult members.

Dear President Obama,

You mean to tell the general public, and the citizens for which voted in your behalf that you are going to play politics, lies, deception, and go against the will of voting America. Sir I live on my Social Security Disability; and you need to inform everyone that receiving Social Security is in-fact being taxed on theirs as well.

Mr. President You should also let the citizens of this great nation know of the budget faults and deceptions which will fail to help after the long run we will be back were we are now if not worse off, and upon the people of this great nation. You should infract resign from office if you are going to back one of a known liar as for AIG brouhaha, and the bounces.

How can we continue to support another Bush like croney? This is a better Country and we need a better leader, one that will not turn everything to the socialistic society and harm everyone by taxation with out representation; along with over burdening others for his EGO's gratifying measures.

I really love the way everybody remarks about not leaving our children and grandchildren with debt. Tell me, what is the alternative. Should we leave them with tent cities like the people are living in in California, or should we at least try to leave them something a little better. No one, no one that is Republican anyway, worried about what was being left to them when Bush was creating this mess. Wake up people ! We can not lessen the debt until we fix the mess that has been created the past 8 years. Obama has just had 60 days. Lets at least give the man a chance. Once his programs have a chance and start picking up the economy, we will all be surprised at how fast the debt will become a deficit.

Neutralizer   March 22nd, 2009 10:27 am ET

Yup! support agenda of PROPELLHEAD to put this country heavily in debt.. Propellerhead is adding $9.3 TRILLIONS in the next decade the HIGHEST RATIO against our GDP since the 40's. It means even if the government INCREASE TAXES to EVERYTHING, the money the federal government would be taken in is NOT enough to pay our debt!

Only IDIOTS will support agenda of PROPELLERHEAD and Democraps!

John S   March 22nd, 2009 10:20 am ET

While my country's economy is in better shape than yours, we still hope and pray that America gives Obama the time to correct the mess of your last adminstration. It took many years for your economy to tank. Right now you have people screaming about what Obama is doing. Making false statements about spending and taxes, and saying Obama's economic plan is all wrong. Well, where were all these Republicans when George Bush Jr. was spending trillions and trillions while putting all Americans and their children and grandchildren into dept for years to come. Your national debt was no concern to them then, so why is it a concern now?Almost every major economist say the same thing. Obama is following their exact advise. America needs to spend money to get the economy moving again. Do Republicans understand that? To do nothing would put your country into the worst Depression it has ever seen. You would have millions upon millions of people out of jobs, homes and with nothing to look forward to. The Depression that would happen would last years if not longer. Half the population of your country would suffer like never before and would eventually consume everyone. Inaction on Obama's part would be irresponsible and cause your country to die a slow painful dead which eventually would consume the entire world. Just thank God you have a person in charge who understands that doing nothing or trying to correct the problem with more tax breaks for the corporations and huge businesses out there that have been getting welfare on the backs of average Americans, just doesn't work. Most of us outside the US of A just cannot understand why 35% of Americans would harm themselves and their children but not supporting what their new admistration is trying to do. If most of these people would do their own research and find out for themselves why it would be suicide not to do what Obama is doing, I think they would discover that his way is the best way for them to all succeed. Think about this. If the Republicans get their way and push Obama to failure. No one will have to worry about the next party in office. America as you know it, will cease to exist. You will be even lower than a third world country.

Joanna   March 22nd, 2009 10:14 am ET

I support his agenda! Everything is connected and long long over due. Wake up America, we are way behind!!!!

annie - Palin 2012   March 22nd, 2009 10:12 am ET

To the obama-lover: Your attitude is exactly why this country is in the mess it is in! You and the rest of America hire these people to work for us! Regardless of party we need honest, hardworking (for us and our country) and intelligent 'human beings' in all political positions. Just look at all the lies that was told in just this week alone.

annie - Palin 2012   March 22nd, 2009 10:06 am ET

Maybe before these acorn people set out to promote bo's agenda, they should take a look at it. Oh, that's right acorn got our taxpayer money in the stinkulus pkg and control of the census bureau. Also, maybe they could encourage their leader to go to work. 2 tv appearences this wk., camp david every weekend, party night every Wed. with $100 per pound beef and our country is in a very bad situation. Just staying in the white house would save $1000's and some of those tax dollars come from special needs people who are working and are taxpayers.

Howard Church   March 22nd, 2009 10:04 am ET

You people are unbelievable! Petitioning to support his unconstitutional agenda. Every move he has made so far is one more step to destroying our country! His joke of a treasury secretary, and his ridiculus trillion dollar budgets are not sustainable and the top financial experts know this. His agenda(stimulus) is not much of a stimulus, since most of it doesn't take effect for 2 to 3 years. That is not a stimulus! It's straight out spending that we cannot afford! You people are blatantly ignorant and need to reread your history and understanding of how the Constitution sets up the balance of powers. Everything taking place right now has been written about and warned against, and you are choosing to ignore that fact. Those who support his redistribution of wealth, are just lazy and looking for a handout, and you prefer a socialist government to take care of you. It a shame! If that's what you want, move to Europe, we are better off here without you and remaining a free republic!

Lori   March 22nd, 2009 10:04 am ET

@Rick:

You stated 'The Democrats are after our money.' That's what taxes are for. To spend on us- Americans. I guess it was o.k when the Republicans were REDISTRUBING OUR WEALTH ON THE IRAQI PEOPLE!!! Huh?

As for you stating 'the Obama administration will cause the banks to collapse.' Are you kidding me? All I hear from Republicans (ie, John McCain) is that the President should make the banks fail. Do you read? Do you watch CNN?

Obama - NOPE   March 22nd, 2009 10:03 am ET

Americans voted for Obama because they liked him, not his policies. America has not suddenly become liberal or gone back to the Great Society. Once they've had a better look at who they got for their vote, with Pelosi, Reid, Frank, and the rest of them, they'll sober up from this temporary case of Obamamania.

Shelby   March 22nd, 2009 10:02 am ET

Enough of the pep rallies. Do these volunteers have something more important to do than relive the campaign? Oh, that's right, unemployment has given them all the free time they need to run a perpetual popularity movement for BO.

Sue   March 22nd, 2009 9:59 am ET

Oh Rick, give it up. Obama is not Satan, and unlike Bush, he actually believes in the Constitution. I do not understand the hatred for this guy after what we went through with Bush for eight horrendous years. Obama will operate within the law, will try to do what is best for the country, and he, unlike Bush, actually realizes that there are people in this country who are starving and homeless through no fault of their own, and need our help.
And to the ACORN nuts, why don't you do a little research and see what the group is really about, instead of listening to Rush and Hannity lie about them?

gary   March 22nd, 2009 9:57 am ET

get rid of pelosi ,reid, dodd and barny frank, and this one democrat who turned independent might return to the party

HEIDI   March 22nd, 2009 9:56 am ET

I belive in getting the true opinion on the American people. You won't here it in the Media whose sole purpose is ratings. I beleive in his policies and I think that in due course and over time we will see the chagne that we have been looking for in this country.

I received my tax refund and got $618 more back. I have sent that kind a refund since 2000. I also got the firs of my additional $65 a month on my paycheck. It was 3-12-09 not April.

Every little bit helps and I for one am impressed and rooting for the great job that our President is accomplishing for our country.

Ed   March 22nd, 2009 9:53 am ET

First, I supported Obama and donated to his campaign. Obama "talked the talk", but he has failed to "walk the walk". He campaigned for open, honest, and transparent government and so far his administration is anything but that. I still support "open, honest, and transparent" government, but I can't support a public campaign to whitewash the lies and deceipt emitting out of Washington now. Restore integrity and I'll reconsider.

Jack from MI   March 22nd, 2009 9:50 am ET

OBAMA compared bankers to SUICIDE BOMBERS?!?!

What was he thinking???

==========

"""Obama is awesome. Everyone needs to support whatever he wants to do!"""

And that type of devotion is more dangerous than any Wall Street corruption.

This is serious people

Jon   March 22nd, 2009 9:48 am ET

Charlie in Maine   March 22nd, 2009 9:44 am ET

Alright lets roll Democrats! Show us why you won this election. Hint, it wasn't so you could satrt infighting. Do what's best and don't be slow about it. If the Republcans help, Great. If not, mow em down.

Stu-Florida   March 22nd, 2009 9:42 am ET

AAAhhhhhhhhhhhhh...
The UNITED States once again.
With our support, hard word and dedication, it can only get better.
Way to go Obama... way to go America!!!

Rick   March 22nd, 2009 9:41 am ET

The DEMONCRATES are after your money. OBAMAS AGENDA IS TO SPREAD YOUR MONEY TO THE OTHERS. Obama and his Admninistration will cause banks to collapse, the economy to shrink more and make everyone dependent on the DEMONCRATIC DICTATORS, Obama's agenda will cause TAXES TO BE INCREASED AFTER THE RECESSION, WATCH AND SEE, Obama is not the savior he may be the other.

JonDie   March 22nd, 2009 9:39 am ET

Hope. Change. Obama.

or

Despair. Depression. Every Republican.

James   March 22nd, 2009 9:36 am ET

Obama doing what he does best "community organizer" instead of President of the United States. Guess that's the extent of his experience and leadership.

ssmmac   March 22nd, 2009 9:35 am ET

Well, lets see? The Feds printed another trillion dollars and immediately everybody's net worth dropped 6-8%. Gee, I think this happened to democrats and republicans as well. You all figure it out.

Fan of Common Sense   March 22nd, 2009 9:35 am ET

You know, when I see all the morons out there who still refuse to open their eyes to what a fraud and a shyster Obama is, I start to understand how such social phenomena such as "Jonestown," the "Branch Davidians," and the "poisnous-applesauce-comet cult" out in San Diego happened.

I guess there are people out there who are so delusional and whose menalities are so low, they just simply cannot (or will not) see what is obvious to people of normal intelligence and rationality. Then of course there are people who are simply LOSERS who feel as though they cannot compete in a capitalistic free market system and, therefore, embrace SOCIALISM.

tim   March 22nd, 2009 9:30 am ET

Wow, time and money signing up meaningless yes we support you pledges, how about stop looking at opinion polls and doing this crap and fill the undersecretary positions at the Treasury already, my patience is wearing thin on the big brother excuse. At some point you won't be able to point back at Bush and blame everything on what you inherited.

ObamaLover   March 22nd, 2009 9:28 am ET

Obama is awesome. Everyone needs to support whatever he wants to do!

shi_Light   March 22nd, 2009 9:28 am ET

President Obama needs to stop speaking hard things for himself. When you confess that something is going to be hard how else can it be anything but what you ordered. He needs to start saying things are going to be easy. He should take away all those negative words that he speaks and throw them into the sea of forgetfulness. He should not let anything but positive words out of his mouth. It is written as a man thinketh in his heart so is he. I man's belly is satisfied by the fruit of his mouth. The fruit of your mouth is your words. If you confess ( speak ) a lemon you get a lemon. If ask for an apple you get an apple. If you confess difficult you get difficult. If you confess easy you get easy.

President Obama needs to start say this is going to be easy all we have to do is just do it. For God's sake.stop putting God on hold. He is ready to help you now.

Desmond   March 22nd, 2009 9:27 am ET

Obama is doing a sterling job.

We will always get a bunch of nincompoops who cannot make a positive contribution and so try to get attention by mindless negativity. Some ofthese folks actually got elected to office?

Greg Tock   March 22nd, 2009 9:26 am ET

I support the efforts of those who want to get the word out ... but, have they read the budget? Tick Tock

max   March 22nd, 2009 9:25 am ET

This isnt the worst economy since the great depression. Carter's policies caused a worse recession than we are in now. Higher interest rates, higher unemployment and higher taxes than we have now.

The stimulus hs been poorly thought out and even more poorly executed. Even if you only count as high as 1.5 trillion, that would have paid every states budget for a year and given the states the chance to actually fix their major problems. California couldve fixed their public employee pensions, ny could have fixed its infrastructure, etc. Instead we have more of a mess.

At least we kept control of the money at the federal level so we know its use is being watched closely.... oh yeah, that didnt quite work out, did it?

sngeorgia   March 22nd, 2009 9:11 am ET

This is part of the Mandate we elected him to do......This is the 'peoples' Country.......and we will speak, not out fo politics but out of what's good for our country. We are tired of allowing those that are in office for Self Gain set the Agenda for us...the TAXPAYER

Lori   March 22nd, 2009 9:11 am ET

Good job Democrats. You need to make yourselves more vocal and show your support for our President (who the vast majority of Americans support). We must not let the Republicans (who messed up this country in the first place) rewrite history and act as if they NOW all of a sudden have the answers to the mess they created!!!

Glad to see the show of Democrat support. Keep it up! America is willing to give the President time to have his policies and agenda work.

susie   March 22nd, 2009 9:02 am ET

Is ACORN involved in trying to get people to go for his agenda?

Jeff Spangler, Arlington, VA   March 22nd, 2009 9:02 am ET

This budget has all the "fierce urgency of yesterday" like the Bush fiscal profligacy.

truthsayer   March 22nd, 2009 8:59 am ET

Most Americans know that despite the naysayers, negativity and incessant moanng and groaning in the media, that President Obama can not literally turn aroung the greatest economic downturn in our history since the depression in 40 days. We are all in this together and if you are not part of the solution you are part of the problem
