Many if not most Americans do not even have a passport – this being the case, surprisingly for a very large population, very few actually ever travel/work/live abroad.

He was a Goebbels figure or at least one of many in the former administration. For him to call President Obama arrogant is surprising. Karl Rove nor Dick Cheney could ever be elected President.

Sad to say but tactics like this ad have become necessary. Take a look at the last 8 years. Anybody that did not walk in lock step with the GOP was run out of town on a rail. How many people were subjected to a full scale smear campaign when they tried to bring to light the truth about the lies to war we were fed? Remember the term swift boat? These days if you don't get down and dirty and roll around in the same sewers as your opponent, you will not achieve victory. It is a battle that has to be fought in the alleys and mud because that is where your enemy lives! Oh wait wasn't that kind of what Cheney told us about fighting the terrorists? I guess the pansy democrats learned a few lessons after all.

It's a brilliant idea to attack someone who is a non-player. The Democrats are scrambling to find a villain to distract voters from how lousy the presidency and congress are doing. It's not going to work for long, these attempts are very transparent.

Here is a prime example of why Republicans are out of office, and may have trouble getting in ever again. If I could ask the GOP higher ups one question I'd ask the following. Why does your party attract the lunitic fringe? I doubt anyone with little more than a middle school education would listen to this tool.

Arrogant? Obama? My sister says that all the time, but she listens to Rush and Hannity all day. When I see Obama, I do not see arrogance. I see grace, humility, intelligence and a genuine sense of caring about humanity.
Now, Rove, Rush, Sean, Beck, Bush, Cheney–these are the arrogant ones. I heard Rove tonight warning about the Dems "power grab during the crisis." This from the guy who invented the extension of executive power to totally ignore the Constitution, international law, and basic human rights.
