They, like the AIG execs need to either give it back or be fired. This is unethical beyond comprehension.

More bluster from Obama. He's not going to "disrupt, dismantle and defeat" the al Qaeda – whose he kidding? The most that can be done there is to police, contain, monitor and weed out. This guy and his grandiosity is all false promises and bravado. Shallow brooks are noisy. No more noise from Obama.

Nice to know Obama is continuing all of Bush's policies. If he's not ending the war and still paying off Wall St. fat cats, why did we vote for him???

During the Presidential campaign, Senator John Sidney McCain bragged that "I know how to get Osama bin Laden". However,he has been silent since.

Senator, please enlighten all of us on how to get bin Laden so we can bring our troops home from Afghanistan.

WOW, bo is starting to sound like the war monger bush. Didn't bo say over and over and over and over and over in his perpetual campaign that he was pulling the troops out. He was the only one who voted against this war? Now he is funneling more and more troops there? Where are the war protest?

President Obama is commander and chief with NO military real experience; however, he doesn't any economical experience either but he came up with a $9.3 trillion dollar deficit. Makes everyone wonder why people a gripping about his policies?

For the lack of decency with the media, I have quit watching the the news!

The problem with the 2008 Hank Paulson sanctioned (Bush approved) bail outs is the Congress, DID NOT include restrictions on how the money could be used.

We, the People, do not complain when financially fiscal & profitable companies, banks and Wall Street Firms give bonuses...... the OUTRAGE IS USING TAX PAYER MONEY........ WHEN YOUR BANK OR COMPANY IS .......... FAILING!

I pray that President Obama and the Joint Chiefs take a long careful look at Afghanistan! Can we really make a difference in a region that has been unstable since the beginning of time??

Can we "import Democracy" OR should Democracy come from the people of Afghanistan & Iraq?

THESE ARE BUSH'S WARS........ PRESIDENT OBAMA PLEASE END THEM!

The Budget has $75 Billion and $130 Billion respectively for these countries......... America CAN NOT AFFORD THESE WARS!

Still wondering how a junior senator from IL managed to rake in almost as much cash from Freddie/Franny as Christopher Dodd did.

Belle1   March 27th, 2009 6:55 pm ET

Almost laughable since Obama's Re-election to the 2010 Senate campaign took donations from bailed out companies December 26, 2007.
Guess he forgot to tell them he was elected...and it was AFTER he resigned as a US Senator.
