(CNN) - The Democratic National Committee's anti-Rush Limbaugh billboard makes its debut in West Palm Beach, FL Tuesday morning, the town adjacent to the conservative talk show host's neighborhood of Palm Beach.

"Americans Didn't Vote for a Rush to Failure" was the winning slogan in a DNC contest last month that followed Limbaugh's statement that he hoped President Obama would fail.

Republicans are like three year olds demanding instant gratification, with the war, the economy, rolling back civil rights, and in Rush's case, free prescription drugs. (Illegally acquired, but that's neither here nor there.)

Give Obama two years minimum before you try to judge his policies. You can't intelligently quantify his success in three months.

And for the love of god, stop whining.

Brings credence to the old adage,"there is no such thing as bad press".The more you attempt to marginalize this buffoon, the more people he has as an audience. Not a real smart move.

Doesn't the DNC have anything more constructive to do? This just shows how Vile the Democrats are, so afraid people will start to think for themselves and make a decision they don't like. This should effectively turn reasonable Americans away from the Democratic party, since this is typically how they operate.

this was lame. my slogan was: FREE HAN SOLO NOW! oh well ,it doesn't matter ,now. i quit the dem party, after obama scoffed at those who participated in his little online townhall, because they are no better than rush and the repubs.

Rush is a demagogue but the DNC is only pumping up his ego and his ratings. El Rushbo is laughing all the way to the bank.

Rush, Obama, Liberal, Conservative, Democrat or Republican. History has shown that this is just a long drawn out fight between two competing ideologies. The American Populace has been at the heart of fight between those who wrote the constitution. I'm supposed to believe that Rush or Obama, or any other entity in today's America, has my interests at heart!!! Sheesh, give me a break. I"m not a Dem, not a Rep. I'm in the gray area of this nation, or is it green area? We are the forgotten, disenfranchised people. The Meek!!! Our numbers are growing (unfortunately), along with our discontent, and we will prevail. The poor, downtrodden, destitute of the world are not in ANYONE'S talk. Yeah talk stimulus, but only for those rich people who are now broke, not the perennially poor. Rush and everyone else can go to Hell, which is where their petty criticisms, hates, and ill-gotten views will get them.

I am a democrat and I do not agree with this game.

Democrats need to get back to worrying about getting this country's finances in order after 8 years of fat cats.

Rush is a hate spewing, drug induced actor looking for attention. The democrats are giving him just what he wants – ratings.

    @ Cynthia

No one wanted your beloved George Bush to fail, although I knew he would. President Obama isn't bankrupting the country. George Bush already did that. The policies being put in place is to make sure we don't have this mess happen again. Call them quick fixes if you want, but there is no alternative from the right except for more tax cuts for the wealthy. They put out a budget last week without a price tag on it. That's jsut ridiculous. How do you have a budget with out any figures? I suppose the republican budget makes the president's look like chump change.

Get used to this democrats. I used to be a democrat until I saw how short-sighted and close-minded are the members of this party. This sign is a symbol of the party. Don't continue to be trapped in the stereotypes that the democrat party has given you about republicans. Listen to more than what they give you – Limbaugh also said that if he was like Reagan then he would want him to succeed. Please, look farther than what the democrat party gives you. Understand more and examine effects of actions beyond the short term and you will understand the republican party's platform.

Is this all the DNC could come up with? What a waste of money. Like little children calling each other names? Wonder what is in the back of the truck? maybe illegal aliens being transported around the state or maybe Gitmo detainees. DNC you are a joke and this only proves it more

So, the republican base favorite talk show host's hometown is West Palm Beach? I thought he is an idiot, but perhaps he's just in brainwashing business – the second most ancient profession!

The libs really are stooping to there usual low life expectation they have, they really are affraid of Limbaugh and his listeners, they don't know how to silence him, because they can't. The libs really listen to what he says and he speaks the truth, that is why so many libs freak out when you say his name. I hope Obuma fails too! LOL!

Why are the Dems so scared of Rush??? He's a private citizen with a microphone, that's it..

The POTUS need not call out a private citizen that disagrees with him. This was Obama's mistake.

Why are Democrats giving this idiot more free advertising? The only thing this does is polarize the people at both ends of the extreme even more. Those that hate him will hate him more (if that's possible) and those who love him will love him even more (if that's possible). Another great Democratic shot in the foot.

This is just more free advertisement to help Limbaugh, the libs just keep helping him out!

Apparently slogans seem to be the only thing that Democrats have to offer.

The bad news for the GOP is that they lack even a slogan.

    Wake me when it's over.

DNC is focusing so much on bashing Rush.
The rest of the US is focusing more on their jobs.
Why is the DNC milking this diversion so heavily? Could it be because they are worried their trillions of dollars of deficit spending is going to do more harm than good?

Instead of relying on a Democrat attack machine tactic where they try to outcast any critic of Obama, maybe they should be making sure that they do not cause the country to fail after all.

I think Rush, Falin, Rove and Cheny should be totally ignored.
We all know what unAmerican hypocrits they are.
Course, the media headlines them at every opportunity.
After all, they must support their party.

Ignore him and he will go away. Seriously – don't give him a minute of press time because it only acts as fuel to flame his ridiculous fire. Mother always knows best and what does she say when there is an obnoxious loud mouth around "ignore him and he will eventually go away".
