Palin, fundraising consultants no longer working together

Palin's PAC, which officially formed at the beginning of the year, does not have to file federal disclosure forms until summer.

Palin's PAC, which officially formed at the beginning of the year, does not have to file federal disclosure forms until summer.

(CNN) - Sarah Palin and the GOP firm that had been advising her political action committee SarahPAC are no longer working together, the Washington Post reported Friday.

Representatives for the Alaska governor and for Campaign Solutions, a firm that had long been involved with fundraising efforts for former Republican presidential candidate John McCain, could not immediately be reached for comment.

The news comes the same day the Palin camp formally announced a long-planned legal defense fund to help the governor cover costs associated with a series of ethics complaints.

Palin is very GOOD and bringing 'self-destruction" everywhere she goes. It's no surprise, folks are realizing just how much of a "phony-baloney" she truly is. She's all talk and NO substance or credibility.

Sarah Palin continues to attract the worst publicity in her bid to be the GOP nominee for President in 2012.

I hope the voters of Alaska decide on someone else to run Alaska other than her in 2010.

Sounds to me like she got dumped. Now she hopes others can be "duped" into giving her more money.

All the people in Alaska are weary and tired of this AIRHEAD Sarah Palin. When will she admit her LIES about her family.

Who cares? I fully expect Palin to pursue a successful career as a Wal Mart greeter after she's thrown out of office.

    Oh Goodie! More Palin News!

Apparently Sarah milked that PAC for every last drop, and she's moving on now to her "Defence Fund."

That family sure hit the federal jackpot, didn't they?

It amazes me that we continually elect people that have to have "legal defense funds".

I truly believe that Sarah Palin's political future is OVER...

To think that the majority of Americans will simply forget the "HATE RALLY'S" that she lead during the campagne will be forgotten about is foolish...

The hate was so intense, how could anyone ever forget about them, for her to act as if nothing happened is a example of her fakeness....

All of her supporters are people that simply want to stick with their KLAN, rather than see right and wrong.....

Some Americans really have been dumbed down, the Republicans that support her, Rush Limbaugh, Dick Cheney, Sean Hannity and Fox News are symbolic of what Sarah Palin stands for......Political Gain First and Foremost.....

They're not working together anymore. translation: the members of the PAC spent some more time with Sarah Palin and realized that the majority of america was correct in their views of her, and cut bait and ran.

I am so sick of reading about this woman and those around her. Maybe in her next interview someone should ask her to define "dysfunctional."

What, they wouldn't spring for a new wardrobe?

I agree the rats leaving the sinking ship metaphor is particularly apt. Sounds like another glorious chapter of comedy about the good ship "Failin' Palin".

Gov. Palin is a smart woman and she will have enough backers to fund whatever political fund raising organization she puts together!! If Barrack Hussein could raise millions – LOOK OUT! And Gov. Palin will do it right she will not be accepting money from terriorists!!! We are not counting on CNN to support or approve. And that goes for all democrats – but out if you are NOT contributing!!!

To the citizens of Alaska, i say get rid of this drag on your beautiful state, before the lower 48 begin to view you like a twin to states like So. Carolina or Ole Miss.
