We need a true liberal to balance this ultra far right fringe anti-constitutional bush ideologue kangaroo court. It is so far right that the few moderates are demonized as liberals of which there are none. How about a true liberal Hispanic or Asian woman in her 20's so the 4 decade right wing strangle hold might be balanced at some point.

"...conservatives' plans to fight the president every step of the way." What else is new? This is all they know how to do–stand in the way of progress. At least they're not in charge anymore–we had enough regress during the last eight years. Get out of the way, dinosaurs, we're heading into the future with a president who knows how to lead for real!

The retirement of Justice Suter is just what the "Great One" (obama) needs to prove he is in chargr.
I look for him to nominatesomeone of great distinction and accomplishment, such as: Bernadine Dorn, Ward Churchill, Bill Ayers, Jessie Jackson, Donna Brazile, The Rev. Wright.
And the list goes on, he has a treasure trove to draw from.
