The DNC is out with a new Web video highlighting GOP support of  Cheney.

(CNN) - Eager to keep Dick Cheney in the spotlight, the Democratic National Committee released a Web video Wednesday highlighting recent GOP praise for the former vice president's series of television appearances.

Set to Caleb Delamont's Let Me Know That You Love Me, the video shows clips of House Minority Leader John Boehner and Republican National Committee Chairman Michael Steele praising Cheney's newfound media visibility, even as officials in the Republican party have sought to spotlight a new generation of leadership.

"The Republican Party [hearts] Dick Cheney," the video declares.

At least Cheney didn't sit at a dinner and tell the folks where the secret bunker is for the VP...................No Cheney didn't do it........Biden did. And this guy is second in line for the job of President. Very Scary.

The GOP is a riot. They have called Democrats everything in the book but one of my favorites is this. They say that we are becoming socialist and that they want to lie in bed and do nothing and get paid for it. This is just a reminder for you folks that know nothing about socialism: In a socialist society, if you cannot find work, they find a job for you. In Europe I watched those cleaning state buildings outsides with scrub brushes. So don't get any high hopes for staying in bed. That is more what grossly wealthy people do here, in fact they may be the ones blogging that myth.

I'd take Cheney as president over Obama or Biden any day. If they think they can outsmart him in a war of words they are even less in touch with reality as I was giving them credit for.

Cheney has called the shots for the GOP so long that they are the eternal servants of the evil overlord. It is just preparing his followers for their afterlife.

I hope Texas does not leave the Union because I fear GW and Dick Cheney will become Pres and Vice Pres and start another war in Iraq after we get out. I can see Texas and Cheney taking over Mexico and driving south to take over South America. Oh what a nightmare.

Well if they do that I sure hope they take Liz with them. She can be their Sec. of Defense.

Doh! My bad. I did not spell "coal" correctly. That's what I get "going to press" without doing an adequate proofread. My former editor would be tossing staplers and other desk items at me! Bad me, bad!

Could the grassroots of both parties PLEASE elect some adults to run their respective organizations so that the country can get down to the business of solving problems and improving peoples' lives.

Enough with the juvenile name calling and childish videos on both sides.

With Dick Cheney as your standards bearer the Democrats just need to let the GOP further minimize its self. Democrats can’t hurt the GOP like the GOP keeps hurting themselves. The GOP doesn't have a clue what is going on and they seem to just keep digging the hole deeper and faster. The problem is that they have bought everything from Cheney as fact and they still don’t get that he lied to them. Heck some of them still think Iraq was behind 9/11. I guess you can definitely fool some of the people all of the time.

Ever notice when CNN posts pictures of people? When they are Republicans they are always unflattering pictures, but when they are Democrats they are always more favorable shots. Especially the Biden one CNN uses.

Folks, if Texas secedes, who will be left in America to feed the Democrats?

If all the producers and "givers" leave America, who be left to support the takers? Owenites, New Harmony and Icarians all failed for a reason: because socialism does not work.

Again, I ask, who is John Galt?

Cheney has publicly admitted to WAR CRIMES. There is nothing else to say about this guy. He has diminished our standing in the world. People looked up to us, with our constitution, which supposedly applied to everyone and we were a nation of laws. Cheney has ruined this and must be prosecuted, or we are just another corrupt government like the ones we preach against.

Republicans are cowards, they won't blame Bush or Cheney for torture or misleading us into war but they want to place blame on Pelosi. Cowards that will go after a woman but won't go after another man.

And people ask me why I'm an Independent! Put a muzzle on Cheney, tell Pelosi to go on vacation for a while, and start an investigation into everything and everyone remotely involved in torture. get everything out, and I mean everything. It's the only way all this juvenile "Did not" "Did too" "He started it" stuff will end.

Bush and Cheney are no longer in office. Rush is on the radio.

Hey, Democrats, it's all on you and the Obamassiah now. No one else to blame but yourselves when everything turns to crap.
