In the last several days a number of members of congress, including republicans, have indicated that their notes on briefings and those of the CIA are in conflict. The CIA did not keep good or accurate records of briefings. So, Pelosi is likely correct in her charges against the CIA.

Newt should know that when you brief someone there is always a paper trail and sometimes audio and video that Nancy would have been given during her briefing. Since there is no hard evidence, so far, it is hard to believe what Newt is saying. If anything, it seems like Newt is jealous and lonely. I don't understand why the media focuses on when Pelosi knew about torture and whether pictures of torture will or won't be released. Isn't the real story the torture?
