All Voight will achieve here is to push a few more independent and moderate Republican voters toward Obama, because sensible people see the danger in voting for the Party of Crazy (formerly the Party of No).

Aren't all Presidents at some time in their term – making promises they can't keep?

Amen! I didn't think anyone in Hollywood would have the guts to stand up and say that.

Wow an actor with a brain!! His message his loud, clear and honest, too bad the Democrats all need hearing aids and are oblivious to the mess they are creating. Change – Be careful what you wish for.

You must be kidding me! I listed to the two minute tirade that was captured and like all the others of his ilk he does not offer a solution . He claims the country is weak. Hellooo! Who weakened it, and did it happen overnight? By the way, Obama never proclaimed himself a prophet, so GET THEE HENCE!

Boy for an actor who use to read scripts by the dozens you would think he would be a better orator. Obama is in limbo right now he hasn't been in long enough to accomplish anything, so I do think its premature to call him a false prophet.

    another sensationalist republican.

just so you republicans know ... Obama has never been viewed by anyone as a prophet. Your calling him one, or implying that anyone really thinks of him as one, only shows how weak your arguments are.

please try to come up with something better. something real would be nice.

And the reason he's an expert on false prophets is . . .?

There go any future acting jobs for him. Hollywood is one of the most if not the most discriminatory place on earth. Hope he had a large savings.

    Oh good grief.

WHAT is with these people? NOBODY thinks Obama is the second coming. I know a lot of GOPers thought Bush could walk on water, but I'd say the vast majority of Americans are well aware that Obama is a regular guy in an unusual job doing the best he can while at the same time not forgetting he's a regular guy just like the rest of the population.

Obamabots do not care what their leader says. They just want someone to take care of them and think for them.

Thank-you, Mr. Voight. I agree. I agree that the USA has been and can continue to be the greatest force for good the World has seen. Let us have faith in God and as God gives us the right to see. Mr. Obama may the worse influence on American society that I have seen in my 51 years and as I read American history.

We must refuse socialism. Change must occur, but correctly and from the people left to embrace their talents. A country with a government, not a government with a country.

This old B-listed actor should stick with his B-listed movies and shut his mouth unless somebody writes the lines for him.

That's right, Jon. The country has gone from liberator and moral beacon to a disaster in a mere four months. What a tool!

  21. Once You Vote Black: Mute Newt

Voight is such a fool. He is like a crazy uncle. And this is who the GOP wants to follow. The GOP would do better to present ideas and policy then to put Obama down at every junction. But they do not know how to do that which is why they will loose in 2010.

The GOP constantly criticizes the democrats for lack of bipartisanship. After something like this, why would anyone WANT to work with the GOP. The GOP get's together and says "we need to do this, we need to do that" and rail against Obama. But yet again, there are no solutions folks. Where are your answers to our problems GOP?

Grow a pair and stop whining, become the leadership you so often tout you provide, and give us something constructive to work at. It's no wonder the democrats do not want to work with you. After insult after childish insult (my celebs no less). It's like tooling on your own brother and then asking him to help you work on your house. Small wonder why he says "F-you!"

where did he speak? what did the crowd look like (i can guess)
has his daughter returned any calls yet? the better story was his delirious rant about wanting to talk to his family – who want nothing to do with the washed up loser looking for his 'prophet'
