An elbow is a complicated part of the anatomy and doesn't heal as fast as some other parts of the body. If those who produce vile comments think they are cute, they sure "ain't"; and if one were vindictive as they appear to be, I wonder how they would feel if they broke their elbows. Deputy Secretaries of government agencies are quite capable of stepping into the heads of their departments' roles. The Internet sure gives people chances to show their true colors. Sad, sad folk.
