(CNN) - RNC chairman Michael Steele sent supporters a link to a foreign policy survey Thursday. The poll, which is accompanied by a request for donations, includes the following questions, among others (possible answers include "yes", "no", and "no opinion"):

"Do you agree with Barack Obama's decision to close the dentition (sic) center in Guantanamo Bay and move some of the world's most dangerous terrorists to the United States?"

"Do you believe Barack Obama's apology tours of Europe and the Middle East has (sic) helped strengthen our national security?"

"Do you approve of the Obama Democrats' plan to give more than $100 billion in taxpayer funds to the International Monetary Fund (IMF) even though that money is likely to end up in the hands of tyrannical regimes?"

"Obama's handling of which region of the world worries you the most: (Click up to three choices): Asia, Africa, Australia, Europe, Middle East, Central America, North America (Canada & Mexico), South America"

Last month, the RNC sent a similar domestic policy survey to supporters that included the questions "Do you agree with Barack Obama and the Democrats that taxes should be raised for the sake of 'fairness,' regardless of the negative impact it is likely to have on the economy?"; "Are you in favor of granting retroactive Social Security eligibility to illegal immigrants who gain U.S. citizenship through an amnesty program?"; and "Do you agree with Barack Obama that empathy, and not impartiality and the rule of law, should be a judge's guiding factor when deciding a case?"

How many elections can you win with 30% of the vote?

white female   July 2nd, 2009 12:06 pm ET

Mr. steele and the Gop's need to stop fronting, and come up with some real problem solving ideas.
Mr. Steele please go attend to your sick minded Gov. Mark Sandford.
Your oarty is a BIG DISGRACE, ALONE WITH YOU, WHAT A JOKE.

There was no apology tour lol. Steele is worthless.

I'm still waiting for ONE idea out of the GOP camp.

Dee   July 2nd, 2009 12:05 pm ET

Wow, what a very open minded un-biased survey? The use of "fear" is not apparent in it at? Geez..I BET the results weren't skewed at all....

Received the domestic "Poll" last month. The last question was: "How much are you willing to donate?" I sent it back with a handwritten note stating to take my name off the mailing list. Wonder if it will be honored.

Also asked "What difference does my opinion make if it disagrees with the ultra-conservatives?"

So this is what its like to watch a former major national party render itself irrelevant.

Amazing.

Peter   July 2nd, 2009 12:04 pm ET

These questions are biased and make it sound like everything Obama does is wrong...If you all hate him so much GOP remember, HE'S A CHRISTIAN! HE IS ONE OF YOU! Obama is trying to fix everything at once because of Bush, so give him some time, MORE THAN TWO MINUTES!

Enough   July 2nd, 2009 12:03 pm ET

That survey should be sent to Democrats who have a brain, maybe they would open their minds and eyes and see what a disaster Obama is creating. The survey is and should be an eye opener. Too bad most on this blog are so in awe of Obama that they can't be objective about anything.

Waiting for all the idiotic responses and excuses that always manage to clutter the CNN blogs.

If the Republicans know so much and think they have the answers to our ills than why didn't they do something when they had power ??? Hmmmmmm...... These are the guys that destroyed our country and economy in the first place, driving people's opinions by FEAR mongering. These people have no credibility, they are IRRELEVENT. Let's hear more from the hypocrit Marc Sanford, maybe we'll get to see a video of him and his mistress to be aired on TV during FAMILY hour...

For 8 years this country was ignored in favor of a WAR.

Like a house that hasn't been cleaned for 8 years, it takes time to clean up the mess before other thins can be done. The Grand Obstructionist Party is doing everything they can to get back in power – except help.

JOHN   July 2nd, 2009 12:01 pm ET

How about Do you think Bush and Cheney should be prosecuted for lying, corruption, war crimes, or treason? Pick any three.

Eileen   July 2nd, 2009 12:00 pm ET

Who really cares what the lame republican party puts out on it's fund raising letters? I'd expect nothing less from the worthless gop. They're not offering any solutions, just complaining, so I've tuned them out completely. Lead follow or get out of the way. Their compaints ring hollow.

JonDie   July 2nd, 2009 12:00 pm ET

Yes, Mr. Steele, I, like most thinking Americans, generally agree with what our president is doing. You, on the other hand, are in the business of giving rhetorical aid and comfort to the enemies of our country (which include yourself and most Republicans).

MikeinNC   July 2nd, 2009 11:59 am ET

Wow that is some really high quality market research work. I hope they didn't pay a lot of money for questionnaire design....it looks like they are using the same "fair and balanced" research firm that Fox would use if they were doing one of their polls.....

SteveE   July 2nd, 2009 11:59 am ET

Wow that isn't a biased survey at all.........

AJ   July 2nd, 2009 11:58 am ET

The GOP is a joke. I'm no fan of Obama but is it possible for the GOP tp come up woth any new ideas? I

marcus   July 2nd, 2009 11:57 am ET

the fact the republicans don't agree with obama's foreign policy is just further proof of their stupidity.. let them raise funds any way they want.. guantanamo should be closed.. acknowledging our international errors is not only the right thing to do, but definitely represents better foreign policy than bush's neck massage to foreign dignitaries !!
