WASHINGTON (CNN) - Former D.C. mayor, now Washington councilman, Marion Barry has been arrested again.
On July 4, the U.S. Park Police arrested Barry and charged him with misdemeanor stalking.
About 8:45 p.m. in Anacostia Park, a Washington woman flagged down a Park Police officer on patrol and pointed to Barry, who was in another car. The woman said Barry was stalking her, Park Police spokesman Sgt. David Schlosser said.
Barry was taken into custody, processed and released, but he must make a court appearance for the charge. A court date has not been set.

Oh, and @ sifto 77-Marion Barry hasn't gotten away with squat. If he HAD, we wouldn't be reading about his third arrest. You want to think aoout who got away with what, let's take a good hard look @Dick Cheney.
I'am no Marion Berry fan, but lets look at this, the man have one kidney and as a result this and other medical condition must take numerous different types of medication daily, he is over 70 years old and can hardly walk any significent distance, but he is stalking someone, give me a break. Its going to be interesting to hear the other evidence they have in this case oh and by the way the Officer who arrested him was from New York and didn't know who Marion Berry was .No S**** ,by the way, I have a bridge in Alaska I can give you a excellent deal on.

In the area that I live in, I have actually seen crews repairing our rotten, pot-hole pocked streets. There are actually signs letting people know that the jobs are being provided by the stimulus money. By-the-by, George Bush was the worst leadership ever. I don't even want to be alive if we get another president as bad as he was.
Please, Dear God don't let D.C. get to vote for national elections. They've been pushing for it recently, and as you can obviously see, it would be a disastrous joke.

I used to support the idea of DC getting 2 senators and some Reps. But since they keep re-electing/supporting this guy...clearly there's not enough of an intelligent populace to trust with the responsibility.
