this is good if, and only if this vaccine is proven to do no harm, and actualy work against this virus. It needs to available then to whoever needs it , not just the chosen few , who may be able to afford it.

Also.......why have the WHO not been successful in even allowing hand soap with sanitizer in it to the idigenous peoples that are right now being hit hard with this. People are dieing. Check out Canada and Australia...........who is helping there?

In our own country.....in May......even doctors at clinics/hospitals refused people who had insurance the swab kit.....they just had to go home and hopefully make it on there own.

I keep thinking if they are panicking on this swine flu just how will they react when our Good Lord sends the plagues through his two wittnesses...just a thought. I had a flu shot in the past, and became sicker than I ever was...no thanks for me on this round.....

You can leave me off that list. Another item rushed to the public and through the FDA in less than a year ? Sounds like the same way this administration treated the stimulus bill, just get it out there so it looks like we are doing something.

Think about it, the FDA takes longer to exhale than its doing to push this out the door.

I can't wait to see how the crazy right wingers are going to complain about this...big government...government shouldn't be involved in our health care...Yup, everyone should just make their own vaccines in their kitchens. We don't need government, right? Oh, unless it has to do with reproductive health or marriage, then the government should be overly involved and should make laws based on Bible passages.

Trying to guess what version of the flu you will be fighting is the biological equivalent of guessing the winning lottery number. Depending on the mutations that occur within the virus, this vaccine may work or it may be like throwing rocks at a tank. Nothing beats good old fashioned prevention, good health, and old fashioned soap and water. I laud the intention, but fear the results in this case.
