The AZ Gov. stated how much the stimulus has helped AZ, more that $80M in new road projects etc. Then this senator from AZ states the stimulus hasn't done anything at all, no new jobs etc. Who does he think is building all those new roads? So I think he's a combination of the above, leaning more towards the idiot side however.
