(CNN) - Sarah Palin says she's ready to be unleashed.
The Alaska governor, who is set to resign her post at the end of this month, took to the social networking site Twitter Friday to proclaim she's looking forward to being a little less restrained.
"10 dys til less politically correct twitters fly frm my fingertps outside State site," Palin declared.
"I'll stay in touch w/whomever wants via personal twtr site; launch July 26," she also tweeted.
The former GOP vice presidential candidate announced earlier this month she would step down at the end of July instead of serving out the remaining year and a half of her term.
Palin later told reporters she intends to spend her days out of the governor's mansion traveling the country in support of candidates - Republican or Democrat - whose ideas she agrees with.

To CNN: Please stop reporting garbage. It is absolutly sickening what CNN and other new channels such as FOX broadcast on daily basis. First it was about MJ for almost two weeks. Now CNN is running out of story again and reports about palin ( the idiot) again. I truly believe that one can obtain better news from comedy channel than CNN or FOX.

This might be the dumbest woman I have ever come across. As a mother she failed, as a governor she failed, as a V.P. candidate she failed, and now she wants to tell people what is wrong with America. She has convinced young women to have babies and forget that marriage stuff. She has convinced the folks in Alaska that she can not help them anymore. Now, she wants to president. Please, someone explain to this woman that she cannot see Russia from her house, and that statement make her come across as an "airhead".!

Instead of covering her tweeting, CNN, why not cover the revelations about her religious beliefs and her affiliations with organizations that are plotting to infiltrate all levels of culture in this country and impose their version of Christianity on everyone?
