2:30 p.m. – Vacha getting emotional as he discusses grandson going for five-year-old check-up and parents had to pay over $300 for shots
2:32 p.m. – President gets loud ovation as he's introduced, loud crowd. sometimes he goes casual at town halls but today he's in dark suit, light tie
2:33 p.m. – potus in a good mood, says Ohio Gov. Strickland "is in the house"
2:34 p.m. – we kept saying last yr during campaign no Repub had won WH without Ohio; Obama victory here was pivotal and will be hotly contested in 2012

2:36 p.m. – Fully aware of Republican attacks claiming stimulus has not worked, President is going on offense here, touting steps he took

2:39 p.m. (approximately) – O: "reform is not just about the nearly 46 million without insurance" - trying to reassure people who have coverage, worried about changes

2:41 p.m. (approximately) – Obama pushing back hard on Repubs - "folks have a lot of nerve" for getting us in this "fiscal hole" and then preaching responsibility

3:05 p.m. – question on prescription drugs: Obama points out pharmaceutical companies have put $80b on the table to help with more drug coverage

3:07 p.m. – student question to Obama: how can young people help pass health reform? President says "make sure you're persuading your parents"
3:10 p.m. – O says call your Senators: "frankly they are hearing from the other side, all those folks saying 'we can't afford this, this is socialism'"
