WASHINGTON (CNN) - Hillary Clinton is convinced.
After questioning Barack Obama's international savvy and toughness while campaigning against him last year, the secretary of state said Sunday she has seen plenty of both from the president so far.
"Those were appropriate issues to raise in the campaign," Clinton said Sunday on the NBC program "Meet the Press." She went on to declare: "I'm here to say that I think his performance in office has been incredible."
Asked specifically about her campaign criticisms, Clinton said, "I don't feel them at all" anymore.
She also said she has "moved on" from her loss to Obama in a hard-fought Democratic primary contest.
Last week in Asia, Clinton responded to a question about her presidential ambitions by saying she wasn't thinking about it now.
"I have absolutely no belief in my mind that is going to happen," she said Sunday of another possible presidential campaign. Clinton also acknowledged that the challenges facing a woman running for president are "daunting."

He is the only one to stay on and tackle the problems created by his predecessor(s) – that's leadership as well as toughness.
The opposition created a chart of his Healthcare Reform ..... how about asking them to CHART how the ECONOMIC crisis came about and NAVIGATE their way to solve it? This is should be easy after the FACT.
President Obama has a lot more on the ball then that loser George W. Bush. Here are Bush's successes during his 8 eight years in office: letting 9/11 happen on his watch; Iraq; Katrina; CIA coverup; wiping out a federal surplus upon entering office; giving tax cuts to the richest Americans; ignoring health care reform; changed bankruptcy laws favoring banks and credit card companies; tapping our phone lines and computers in the name of national security; Patriot Act; approved torture; father of our economic meltdown; presided over the most arrogant and corrupt administration in U.S. history; spat on the U.S. Constitution; etc. Yeah, what a great president he was.
Hillary is ruthlessly ambitious. She dreams about being President one day. She knows Biden is weak and she is just waiting for her time to come. Nice throwing the sex card in at the last. She just can't take the fact that she is a terrible "on the stump" politician and the American people preferred a one term Senator.
Hillary has shown some professionalism and class in her remarks. She has graduated from campaign rhetoric and gives the person who won the difficult job his due, as it should be.
The right wing nuts and the party of "No!" are going to have a long 7 and a half years. As the country recovers economically and diplomatically from Bush and Cheney 'Cowboy Diplomacy', it won't matter who the GOP puts up in 2012.
The motto of the GOP is, "WE GOT NOTHING!"
By reflecting back, we have to admit that Hillary has the best intelligence and forsights during 2008 presidential campaign. Everything Hillary said about ,or predicted on, Obama became the reality only 6 months after election. Yes, "HOPE and CHANGS" we believed in with the election of Obama. He reveals his true color now. In domestic policies, Obama is a socialist and a reckless big government spender and high tax and deficit liberal, all miles left to the mainstream Americans. In international policies, all he has done are so many apologizing tours and kowtowing to our enemies and foes, and weakening our national security. OB is "so intelligent" that he can not even make a coherent speech without a telepompter. No wonder the telepomter is now crashed to earth and so are our hope and changes Obama promised.
What I took from this is that Hillary has the diplomacy and presence of mind that Obama doesn't, and that we should have kept our heads elected her. Get this loser out.
You guys are laughable, only an American right winger would think that they are Gods gift to the world lol.
Nothing to apologize for huh! I know of countless Innocent bystanders of our 'holy' endeavors around the world that had to pay with their lives. When do you people think that at least an apology is in order?!
What our president is apologizing for is YOUR stupidity not his, grow up and try to not always apply your small minded thinking to world affairs.
Let me make this clear as OB would say. as he wrote in his book
I will always take the side of Islam!!!!!!! Now what about that.
There's an old expression that applies here:
"Keep your friends close, but keep your enemies closer!"
I know this is SO off topic..but, when are the majority of contributors to these comments going to learn how to spell??? The fact that so many of you call Obama and Hillary stupid makes me laugh. You don't even have the sense to proof read what you've typed. You are the ones that make Americans look like idiots...not those in the WH.
Amen to Henry Miller. Nancy Pelosi is running the show and BO is squirming at the sidelines. He can't get anybody on board anymore......what's a 'tough guy' to do?? Lead, you poor excuse!
Unless we get some mature, constitutionally-founded leadership soon.......we're going to be Europe on a larger scale.
Hopefully after the impeachment on Obama being non-US born she will reconsider.
At least he is not pullind a palin , like your St. sarah is doing
Your are right Hillary...Obama fired Walpin when his buddy was investigated and Obama insulted every cop in America when his buddy was arrested. He is pretty tough, Chicago thug style.
It is my opinion that President Obama is going to replace VP Biden with HRC for his 2012 run. It will forestall a primary contest as the team will be deemed unbeatable. It will position the Dems to keep the WH in 2016. It will allow HRC an opportunity to finally become the first woman president. It will give President Obama a leg up among voters who are wishy-washy in their support of him. The 18 million plus voters who support HRC will vote him in so that she has her opportunity to run in 2016. All good things. All good things.
Hilary I respect you even more. And to those who think McCain would have been a better President , God help you! Paline in 2012? Heaven help the American people!

Clinton has character and class. She suffered the insults and the loss. Obama was the media darling and that's why he won. Obama can't hold a candle to Clinton – never could, never will. He just so full of himself.
I think that President Obama is doing a great job and one of the best things he did was to make Senator Clinton the new Sec. of State.
If everyone here paid attention to exactly how many things have been accomplished in a short amount of time then they would probably be eating their words.
I always saw America as a beautiful and proud nation , admired your patriotism and was impressed with your free spirited and fairminded ways.
So what happened ??
You have allowed people into power who slowly but steadily are destroying your country from within.
After two terms with Bush one would have thought that you would have looked for a leader with experience and substance.
Congress and Senate are full of selfserving people which have been proven to be tax evaders , cheats , liars and many have been involved in shady deals and yet you allow them to carry on and make important decisions for you .
In civilian street they would be out of a job.
Why do you put up with this and where is your outrage.
Oh come on! I would have expected her to talk about how sorry he was. If she is going to challange him again, the rubs are going to have to start at some point. With Slick Willy by her side, she will find a crafty way
Anyyone that would favor a bill that would euthanize the handicapped and the elderly is not tough, they are evil!
cris – Obama as a "complete and utter failure" a whole 6 months into the job? Seriously? What do you call Bush, then? Successful? Yeah, like in successful in sinking us, successful? What total nonsense. Give him another 7.5 years, then you can judge. In the meantime stop with the bogus GOP talking points, you sound stupid.
Hillary, by the way, is brilliant, and I'm glad she's on the team.
I see Obama say 1 thing and when there is an Up-roar go the other way....The Guy has NO clue what he is doing except spend,spend,spend...My kids grand-children will be footing the bills he is runing up....Hilary...NO way...NO how...She is looked at as a Joke around the World......We used to have a Great Country to be proud of....NOT laughed at...sad
