First on the Ticker: RNC Web video targets 'White House in denial'

WASHINGTON (CNN) - On the eve of President Obama's 200th day in office, The Republican National Committee is releasing a Web video that calls his presidency "a failed experiment" that features "desperate photo-ops [and] a White House in denial."

"200 days," says the narrator in the minute-long spot. "It started. Star Studded. High hopes. All smiles. Photo ops and reassurances. Even an official White House photo for the first pup. With an economy at a crossroads, his experiment started."

The ad points to government bailouts, the stimulus package and deficit spending. "He promised to create or save millions of jobs. But unemployment is up, month after month. Press conference, after press conference. The TV ratings decline. His approval ratings decline. Desperate photo-ops. A White House in denial. Now we face his most dangerous experiment of all: Government takeover of health care An experiment that will cost over one trillion dollars, threaten your private insurance and cost taxpayers hundreds of billions in new taxes."

"The presidency of Barack Obama. A failed experiment in just 200 days."

The spot comes hours after the release of a DNC video that accused Republicans of "inciting mobs" to swarm Democratic town hall

Who brought us to the edge of disaster? It certainly wasn't Barrack Obama.
Eight years of suffering through George W. Bush and the Republicans pretend it didn't happen. Only in America!

What purpose does all these Web videos serve???
These are not productive documentaries, they are Lies and Misinformation. The GOP has no ideas and no solutions, so why don't they come up with some? They are collecting big pay to do it, but they defiantly refuse. They should all be voted out, they are worthless as legislators or representatives of the people they are supposed to be serving. Let them experience the unemployment lines they don't mind sending us all to.

why do we continue to pay these clowns for this garbage?

I'd rather see people working for us, trying hard, making corrections when necessary.
Don't they feel like thieves cashing government checks and covered with a lifetime health plan? I would be ashamed to face my own family, least the votors.

This makes me laugh out loud. It's almost as funny as hearing that Cash For Clunkers failed because it was too successful.

Here we go again with the NEGATIVE ADS...................the Repubs need to listen to what the American voters need. WE DO NOT NEED TO HAVE A BUNCH OF HOLIER THAN THOU's pointing out what THEY precieve to be weaknesses...especially in a name calling way. The American Voters can find what we need to know on our own THANK YOU VERY MUCH. No Repubs have come-up with a health care program , etc. Just because the Dem's are now winning the economy game doesn't mean that you all need to get NASTY. With out a plan folks you cannot win. You REPS DO NOT HAVE A PLAN !!! You big sillies.

The right-wingers say "the economy was at a crossroads" when Obama took office. Wrong. It was in the toilet, right where Bush dumped it.

WOW! A new revelation! The Presidency only lasts 200 days for Obama. I thought that GB was given 8 years to create all the messes that were delivered to Obama as the Bush family made a hasty departure from Washington. Now let's see: the stocks are up, building projects are stimulated, new agreements are in place for the auto sector, taxes are falling or static for middle class, small business is getting a break, education is being improved, dimplomacy around the world is improved (See North Korea!, etc). My my, isn't it a shame that the President has not been busier!

Today several "spokesmen" for the administration have claimed that the stimulus package has worked (it did what it was intended to do), the healthcare package will not cost most taxpayers a penny extra and will provide the same level of healthcare as they currently have, most Americans have received a tax cut that they began seeing on their paychecks back in May. Everything is wildly successful!

Change we want you to believe in! Yes, you can! ;)

I haven't seen or heard any president being hated like this. I sometimes feel sorry for him and his family. He is doing his best. Give him a chance and stop the hatred. Because of him, almost every democrat is demonized. God bless and protect our PRESIDENT BARRACK OBAMA.

By drawing a conclusion after 200 days while ignoring the past 8 years; the RNC is beginning to sound like collaborators complaining of 'mistreatment' after Liberation.

"Stop hitting us, we're actually human beings too..."

Wishful thinking......don't you think.........coming from a party who has proven that they have nothing to offer, but lies and deceit.......who also backed Palin......who are you to judge......just like your leaders.....no clue...no credibility.......My President is doing a great job......will go down in history as one of the best.......now that a fact

It's not going to work. The RNC is a failed organization, with a bad reputation. Keep the nonsence up, part of the reason Americans view the republican party as unfavorable, and does not need to be in power.

I have always voted for the best candidate, regardless of party. The current actions of the republicans have convinced me I have been in error. I shall now vote straight DEMOCRAT as I can no longer support anybody that belongs to the republican party. Republicans need to grow up and face reality.

Wow! It took Bush nearly 8 years to destroy the American economy. The GOP expects Obama to fix it in just 200 days? Yes, he may not fix it - we can hope he does - but let's get real on a timeline.

Does RNC have any shame? you guys drove the economy to the ditch and now you can't stop bad mouthing Obama!. If RNC members lived in face saving society they could have done hara kiri long time ago!. To them Small governmen= Hiring political connected like Black waters contractors, Capitalism to them means extending socialism to the big corporations which gives kick backs through soft or hard political donations. Do RNC mean RED NATIONS CONFEDERATION? or Rush Limbaugh Negative Campaigns?

OK, let's say the "experiment" has failed. Do we get to start over with McCain?
Or maybe the right-wingers prefer we go back to Bush?
