WASHINGTON (CNN) - President Obama's newest "homeboy" had some tough questions Friday for Wolf Blitzer.
"Why do they call you Wolf?" 11-year-old Damon Weaver asked Blitzer during an interview that will air Friday on The Situation Room. When Blitzer replied that Wolf is his real name, Weaver quickly responded, "Is that because you have a lot of hair on your face?"
Weaver, a soon-to-be sixth grader from Pahokee, Florida, made national headlines this week when he landed a coveted 10-minute interview with President Obama. The rising media star asked Obama if he had ever been bullied, whether he could slam dunk a basketball and if he could be the commander-in-chief's "homeboy."
After fielding a series of questions from Blitzer about his Obama interview, Weaver turned the tables and grilled the CNN anchor. At 11-years-old, he is reaching for the sky, literally. Weaver said that he wants to be a journalist, astronaut and "more" when he grows up.
Tune into The Situation Room this afternoon to see the interview.

OUT OF THE MOUTH OF BABES!
SO CUTE!
THANK GOD THAT IN THIS COUNTRY ANYONE CAN BE PRESIDENT NOW. AND WE NEED JOUNALIST WHO BELIEVE IN FREEDOM OF SPEACH .
WEAVER YOU CAN REACH FOR THE STARS AND YES BECOME AN ASTRONAUT!
Finally, some hard hitting journalism. Unfortunately it was not by Wolf.
Cnn take notes, This young man will remind you of what you are supposed to do as a new organization, be incitful, ask the real question about an issue, do not accept just any answer or let someone get their talking points in with out being question about the facts. And most importantly report what the infomation is, not what you want it to be.
Keep the kid away from Liberal journalists!! Hope he will be a conservation and most of all be an American and tell the truth about what really is going on!
I understand he's eleven, but that doesn't mean he can't ask decent questions. You're never too young to build honorable journalist cred.
great observation KID. Win one for the gipper!
I think that was very nice. It is very funny!
Probably means that we'll have a "homeboy czsar" now.
Why did you call him "President Obama's Homeboy". tha doesn't sound "Fair and Balanced" to me at all. Sounds overly opinionated which is what seems to be the going thin there at CNN. Brown, Gentry, John, and Dobbs seem to push their own ideas before the facts and when someone tells them something they don't want to hear.... on to the next story..... I miss the Walter Cronkite days.
I think this is a cool story. I like this kid. Reach for the sky!
What a cute kid. His question may seem odd, but I think it is exactly the kind of thing that other 11 year olds may be interested in.
Go Weaver!!!
