I am not gonna work forty hours a week and watch my pay check go down just to pay for everyone to have health insurance.

I can deliver the Republican response right now. "We don't want to change anything. Things are fine the way they are. We are more worried about protecting greedy insurance companies than protecting the American people. We want to give everyone a tax credit so that more people can afford to pay the overpriced premiums to the insurance companies."

Wish this rebuttal would be taken seriously. However, as liberals and statist's whine about no response or plan from conservatives they ignore any offerred. How truly predictable.

I can't wait to hear about socialism, communism, facism, the government taking over health care, death panels, unplugging Grandma and all the other fear mongering lies.
I am betting there will be nothing about the billions insurance companies make nor their endless string of lobbyists that pad Boustany's pockets.

Even the Liberal Rag of a Newspaper "The New York Times" has finally conceded that Obama is going to have to jack everybody's taxes up (at least those that pays taxes) to pay for all the social programs he has put the country in debt for. Free or subsidized health care for tens of millions of people will just keep adding to the amount of our tax increase.

This should be a good laugh! If he's anything like Jindhal's wimpy speech I will have to turn OFF! All Republicans have leaky TEA BAGS and I have no desire to listen to them any longer. They LOST ME months ago. I just wish one of their TEA BAG EXPRESS busses drives by my house so I can give them some WATER.

Perhaps the Fringers Right Wing Republican parents who are prohibiting their children from hearing the President's speech today are doing so in hopes of preparing their children for the day in 30-35 years when Right Wing 'pure Aryan White' Conservative Republicans will be a marginalized minority in the United States of America.

It’s getting kind of cold, Dinosaurs.

    Dear Dr. Boustany-

Please try to be relevant to the issues if you want to rebut. Do not bleat like a goat. If the response isn't robust enough, GOP will have no case in clamorin' for citizens, but will have a case for being cantankerous.

How ridiculous that the Republican party feels the need to respond to the presidents speech. Unless they intend to say " Well done" They should just keep their mouths shut for a change. We do not need to hear from them.

I won't listen to the obfuscating, incoherent Obama. He has lost all credibility, and his mocking voice has become annoying! 😦
