WASHINGTON (CNN) - A source close to Republican Sen. Charles Grassley tells CNN he intends to offer counter proposals to Sen. Max Baucus tomorrow morning, as the Senate Finance Committee chair requested.
What changes he will offer is still unclear. He and his aides will work on it tonight.
The source did not want to speak on the record by name discussing internal deliberations.

Wow...as a Democrat, I think the only thing that anyone would have to do, is read HR 3200 (which was the favored bill proposed by Nancy Pelosi) and that would be enough to oppose the bill.
Portions of the bill were read at town hall meetings, and it (the bill) silenced the room...both those for, and against it. Guess if the "paid" protesters got quiet after that, it proves Americans are smart enough to know a BAD bill once they read it or have it read to them.
President Obama said he would go through it line by line...did he?
