(CNN)–Two senior officials tell CNN the president is planning to invite centrist Senate Democrats to the White House tomorrow to immediately try to get the key fence-sitters into a room and try to start working them. CNN has also learned Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel met with more than a dozen of these centrist Democraic senators on the Hill this afternoon, including Evan Bayh and Ben Nelson.

Well these "centerist" democrats saw what happened to Wilson, he had to take down his website and it won't end there. So they better get on board. Most of America wants this health care bill, the press has given most of the play to the republicans. but they ought to start telling it like it is.
Why hasnt he invited the Republican Leadership to the Whitehouse to discuss Healthcare since APRIL.... Obama's speech was great , but months too late. He certainly can Talk the Talk, but will he Walk the Walk?
He should have started with a single payer healthe care system, as many developed countries have, and emphasise that these countries cover everybody at a much lower costs.
I am a small business owner and insure all of our employees and their families. Our healthcare cost have increased by 15%every year by reduces services, and higher out=of=pocket expenses.
The Republic should be ashamed. No message of hope, decency, togetherness. They have become a destructive, and definately do not serve the public..
