Its about time a women in her position left her cheating husband!!! So many women who are married to men in office just look the other way, I'm not sure why, its probly the money? To hell with that, I would rather sleep in the streets than live with a husband who is having an affair. More women should be like Jenny, she is setting the right example. YOU GO GIRL!

First I was on her side and felt compassion for her and most of all their children. Now making a book deal to publish her story?! Who cares about for more details and trying to justify to everyone! Stop being like Mr Sanford and a hypocrite!

Who cares about either book? Certainly not me and, hopefully, not anyone else. Who wants to read about a disfunctional family and why they are getting paid probably millions because of that situation! There are too many people, including myself, who have had to deal several times with a cheating spouse, and the majority of us in the private life have not pubhlished a book!!!

I say "good for her" if her book does not cause more pain for her children. When that looser said on national TV that he had found his soul mate I ached for his wife. How humiliating for her. He deserves everything bad that comes to him. It was not enough for him to break his vows, lie to everyone and cheat the state and he HAD to tell everyone how great his mistress was. I say ruin the man. He does not deserve the family he had. The selfish ass even did this on Father's day weekend!

I'm not sure if this is considered a good idea. Yet, it was expected. Sanford better think twice about not resigning once the book hits shelves. For all he's put his wife and kids through (along with so called "Family values" politic), he gets what was coming to him. (More shame)

Glad she's doing the book deal. And Sanford should just voluntarily step out of the political arena. He's a jerk.

Add him to the long list of philandering politicians of both parties......Willy with the Wandering Willy, John Edwards' hidden mistress and baby, NY governor Eliot Spitzer, and more.

Immoral behavior does not respect party lines. These people are supposed to be the moral and ethical standard-bearers for our country, and when they show moral corruption.....well, they just gotta go.

The Sanfords should just go away. Who cares about their personal life? What kinda woman is she, to place her personal business for profit, in the public market. Did she even stop to think about what this may do to her kids and other members of her family. If she needs to talk about it, why not seek professional help.
